Très bonne cuisine, produit frais Portion un peu chiche pour partager Il manque par comparaison avec d autres restaurants similaires de part le globe, du pain, amuse gueule pour attendre les plats Bonne cave de vin, j aurais aimé pouvoir goûter un vin québécois, mais pas trouver sur la liste. Bruyant, pour 2 personnes ça passe , ça doit être plus compliqué pour une grande tablée Suggestion à la direction : mettre des matériaux absorbants phoniques, par exemple des tapis de ci de là, des objets à forme complexe suspendus, etc

Nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour un souper entre collègues de travail & avons opté pour un menu style dégustation. Ainsi, nous avons partagé cinq plats pour goûter au plus grand nombre de spécialités possibles. Nous avons débuté par des Dumplings au porc, qui étaient délicieux. Ensuite, nous avons goûté les Busiate au lapin & le Vol-au-vent aux fruits de mer (une suggestion hors menu). J'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour le Vol-au-vent, tandis qu'une collègue a préféré le Busiate au lapin , ce qui montre que les goûts peuvent varier. Pour le dessert, nous avons commandé les deux options : un Gâteau aux fraises & un Mille-feuille. Nous avons moins apprécié le Mille-feuille en raison du goût très prononcé du bleu d'Élizabeth. Le service était excellent : des explications claires sur chaque plat, un service rapide & une attention particulière au nettoyage de la table entre les services. Honnêtement, ce fut une très belle expérience, & je retournerais sans hésiter. Une belle découverte ! Petite suggestion au propriétaire : il serait utile d'ajouter plus de photos de l'établissement & des plats sur votre site ou vos réseaux sociaux. Initialement, nous avons eu du mal à nous décider, mais un ami nous avait recommandé l'endroit, & cela en valait la peine, même en l'absence de photos.
