The reviews are definitely overated. I call on Canada Day to see if they were open & the girl said yes & told me to make a reservation because they are packed that night, well when we arrived we were the only table & another family arrived much later on.

We ordered the seafood boil which was a fun experience to eat off the table but the portion was extremely small for the price. The taste wasn't any unique.

What turned us off was we had to pay for bottled water without being told. It was not a big deal but I guess it was their way to make extra $$ so we found this deceiving. We do not plan to return again.

What a great seafoods restaurant! It's great for seafoods lovers. We ordered jumbo mix with ooh crab sauce, & my cravings for seafoods was satisfied. Thanks to my friend Joy, who works here, for recommending. She & the owner are very welcoming. Waiting time for the food is also not long. For the 2 times that we ate here, we always got surprised that our order was ready. My kids loved the fish & chips & the crab cake. We like this resto. It's highly recommended!❤?

I'm from eastcoast canada but this is one of my favorite so far! Nice ambiance, delicious menus & good amount of serving as well!

On a personal note, I have been trying to find a genuine seafood dump place in Montreal for ages to remind me of back home. This place hit the nail on the head. I hope they expand & open up a location closer to central Montreal.

Had a wonderful experience here. The seafood was fresh & flavourful. The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was welcoming & the staff were attentive throughout our meal. A special thank you to our server Raif who was friendly, professional, & made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great seafood!

First time coming here, & the ordering process was quite straightforward. Eating with your bare hands made the experience quite unique & fun. The place was quite clean & quiet.
We tried all three sauces, & my favorites were the Oh Crab & Cajun sauces, they paired well with the rice. The potatoes were soaked up the sauce nicely. The corn was okay, but it wasn't as flavorful in comparison. As for the seafood, the snow crab & lobster were okay but crawfish were not very flavourful.

I had a great time at Ooh! Crab on St Jean's. The service was caring & attentive. The food was served piping hot & perfectly seasoned. Will definitely go back. It's so fun to eat the seafood boil on the table!
