recommend(26) salad(22) lebanese(20) fresh(20) chicken(19) sandwich(17) tasty(16) highly recommend(14) homemade(13) potatoes(10) sauce(10) attentive(10)Have previously lunched at the St-Denis Omnivore & dined at Omnivore on St-Laurent boulevard. Both were great! But I would advise against going to Omnivore West Island. The service is subpar. How? Well the notion of courses is foreign to this establishment: soup is served WITH the main course, so by the time one gets to the main course, the food is cold. Also, if you order a shish taouk brochette, expect unmarinated, ordinary chicken, not that tender shish taouk taste. Furthermore, staff cleared table before this patron had finished his meal, the implied message being'this is a fast food restaurant'. But this client was under the impression that Omnivore is NOT a fast food place… Food wise, the fatoush salad was soggy & disappointing, & the kibbes were partially burnt. The chicken was very ordinary, far from the delightful Lebanese/Levantine way of preparing chicken. On the plus side, the lentil soup was quite tasty. To put as positive a spin as possible: yes to Omnivore, but no to the West Island Omnivore.
Service was great. Food was even better. Excellent vegetarian options. Plates were very filling.
It's say it open but when you go inside 30 minutes before it close, they tell you it's close.
I decided to have Omnivore West Island cater our family get together which was a great idea. Everyone loved the food. It was fresh & delicious. We were a mix of vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters & there was more than enough choice for everyone. They even delivered. I highly recommend.
Had the vegetarian Thai sandwich, delicious & freshly made. Great service. Good prices.
The Restaurant staffs are very accommodating especially Mr. Jay .. the place have a cozy ambiance family oriented .We have our Christmas party Dec 05,2025 & everyone enjoyed & satisfied. We held one last summer also a party & it's amazing that's why we came back to bring bigger crowds.. The singers Leo & Lea are super talented & great in their performances we loved it .. actually we are planning again to come back …👍
I LOVE the food here so much!
& the owner is just the best🥹
He always takes such wonderful care of all the clients & specifically the comedians he hosts for Comedy Cave MTL❤?
Thank you so much Omnivore team!
One of the better Lebanese bites of the West Island. Delicious all over.
Great quality & portions. Make sure to order the kebbeh nayeh when you're reserving since it's not on the menu.
The staff was incredibly kind, patient, & informative while helping me place my order. Everything looked so good that choosing just one thing was nearly impossible. I've tried Omnivore in downtown Montreal before, & once again, it did not disappoint.
My wait time was under 10 minutes, & the food was absolutely to die for. The chicken was so juicy & flavourful-honestly, any description wouldn't do it justice. You just have to try it yourself. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture because I was too busy enjoying every bite.
They also had a promo that day & offered a free dessert, which was truly the icing on the cake. I'll definitely be back soon to try the rest of the menu!
Delicious potatoes & lemonade! Those were my highlights. The sandwiches were great too. Cute place to lunch at!
Food is normally great until I watched the cook prepare my veggie pita while eating & licking his fingers in the process. Didn't want to make a scene so I waited & dumped my pita in the trash after I left. I saw what I saw.
