I had a great experience at Olu Olu Poke! The portions are generous & very satisfying - definitely enough to fill you up.
I highly recommend the chicken poke bowl - the flavors are well-balanced, & the ingredients are super fresh.
The staff were friendly, & everything was served quickly & neatly.
The place is clean & casual - perfect for a relaxed meal.

The bowls are 85% rice. There is just not enough of fish, vegies, & other stuff. Costs too much for a bowl of rice.
& the sauce that came with the bowl was extremely sweet. With the white rice, I'm pretty sure it's highly unhealthyView more

Absolutely DELICIOUS. Actually amazing, one of the best poke bowls I've had! Spicy rainbow bowl was just perfect. A bit pricey, but not insane (see menu photo, because it looks like they recently upped their prices again). I would totally go back though, it was SO good. & the atmosphere was 10/10. Such a cute shop, very clean & comfy. Highly recommend!!!View more

First time in this restaurant while visiting Montreal. The food is great & employees are amazing. We order 3 different Poke Bowl & changed some ingredients for the kids. The employees are kind & helpful, & each poke bowl tasted really good. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than other places, but the size is also a bit bigger. Not the great. This portion is added extra salmon for $6 & it is the most expensive poke bowl here. I'm Japanese, I'm poke & sushi lover. This fish quality is not the great. veggies are little, a lot of rice, balance is not good. It's not bad but so so. yes, for friendly staff, clean space but for the food service I want to review for the food & that is like 2.5 for me. There are better poke shop in MTL.View more

I love me a poke bowl & wanted to try this place out & while for the most part it was good I felt like they're could be more sauces added but also not overly saucy & the bowls seem to have more rice then an equal amount of everything. If you're in the area I'd say try this place but it's by no means a you gotta eat here kind of place.View more

Group of 5 from our office decided to try poke bowls. New on their menu was the shrimp tempura & chicken katsu which we all tried. They have a Buy 1 Get 1 Free, little do they tell you that you will get 7 tiny piece's of salmon in your bowl. 99% Rice, one scoop of avocado & 7 piece's of salmon.
