Across numerous reviews, Ohana Sushi Vegan is described as a vibrant and creative vegan sushi and poke bowls spot with fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and flavors that delight both vegans and non vegans alike. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with friendly service, while the menu offers a wide variety and gluten free options, and portions are generous for the price. The dishes are repeatedly praised for originality, texture, and balance, from sushi platters to signature rolls, and the overall experience is considered worth returning to. Occasional notes about limited seating and occasional delays are mentioned, but the consensus remains highly positive and fans look forward to returning.
Rapport qualité prix très bonne, les sushis étaient tout simplement excellents. Ça fait plaisir d'avoir des aussi bonnes options pour les végés & vegans à Montréal !

Best sushi & poke bowls that ive ever had! Very impressed with how much choice there was & all vegan too! They also have a few hot options if you prefer a stir fry/pad thai which was just as tasty. The restaurant has a nice vibe with a terrace area & friendly staff!
Cute spot, friendly service, AMAZING SUSHI. Wish we could've tried everything on the menu - it had a mix of veg-only options as well as faux-fish options. The plate presentation was beautiful & we had fun trying the sushi pizzas.
This is a cute, little resto conveniently located a couple of blocks from the Mont Royal metro station. The interior is bright & a little quirky, with a collage of Post-It note art on one of the walls. The menu is vast & a little overwhelming for a new-comer. The music was a mellow collection of 70s soul & light disco. The service was friendly & helpful. Props to the young lady who asked a young man waiting for his take-out order to turn down the volume on his phone. Use your headphones for the tranquility of others - C'est Bon! :-) To the food. It was fresh & delicious & some items looked dangerously realistic. Our only issue was the experience of trying to eat some of these items as rolled sushi - it didn't really work. One sushi roll was basically a salad wrapped in chewy rice paper. After you manage to gnaw through the rice paper, that whole thing falls apart on your plate, or lap, or floor. The F'Eel Good sushi roll wasn't quite as bad, but still fell apart after the first nibble. We had better luck with the Arc au Ciel (rainbow) roll. If you're on a first date & trying to impress, maybe skip the sushi rolls & go for a poke bowl or something easier to eat with some grace. :-) The rolls were presented on a wooden board that looked like a cross section of a tree, with a collection of edible flowers & other greenery on the side - lovely. :-) Finally, while we enjoyed the booth option, there are also several chairs with no backs on them - not ideal for trying to relax & possibly linger around for another roll. Overall, a positive experience.
Layla is such an incredible server! There were so many great options on the menu & she helped us pick a delicious assortment of sushi. Definitely coming back!

An amazing dining experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, & the service was impeccable. The variety of vegan sushi options exceeded my expectations, each dish bursting with flavor & creativity. A must-visit for both vegans & sushi lovers alike!
Amazing 🤩 so good to find vegan sushi with so many options & different varieties. Loved the flavour combinations & felt we have to try more, alas one can eat only so much😄 Highly recommend this vegan sushi place. The banana fritters were the best vegan dessert I've ever eaten, so good ! Only the Bombay Sushi wasn't as good as the rest. Definitely this place warrants a second visit New Edits: 12th May 2024. Just came to Montreal specifically for their fried banana fritters & sushi, all the way from Toronto!!! The food is consistently delicious & totally worth the visit. Wish they would open a branch in downtown Toronto 😍😋
First vegan sushi restaurant I've tried. I was happy to see so many options! It tastes very close to real sushi, & looks very similar too. I got dynamite with vegan shrimp, tasted pretty good.
