It's truly a gem - honestly surprised by the low ratings! We ordered the Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, & dumplings, & every dish was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh & full of flavor, the service was warm & attentive, & the ambiance made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Loved everything about this restaurant. The service was A1 the waiter helped us a lot with the choice of food & it did not disappoint. Would come back at every visit to tremblant for sure 😍

Surprisingly good. We had a table of 10 with 6 kids. The service was amazing & super friendly. If you're looking for authentic Szechuan Chinese food, you probably shouldn't be in Mt. Tremblant. If you're looking for tasty Chinese style food, this place is worth it.

No one dish was anything special, but everything was good. We had a couple of friend rice dishes, a noodle dish, beef & broccoli, dumplings, soup, edamame, etc. Nothing bad. Drinks were good too.

Not necessarily the best restaurant on the mountain, but if you're craving Chinese, this will do.

Terrible experience . Would not recommend. When we walked in, the waitress was not friendly, did not greet us standing (was just chilling, still sitting behind her table). After we asked for a table for two, she responded with attitude. She ignored our calls multiple times, even when she was done with the only other customers besides us. She was simply not friendly & seemed annoyed. One of the worst attitudes we've seen from a waitress. Also, she cannot tell the difference between Enoki & Seafood mushrooms. If you'd like to improve your 3.1 star rating, maybe start by hiring likeable staff. Despite all that, my friend & I had fun trauma bonding & we enjoyed the lighting & the fake fire.

The food was delicious (chicken pad thai), but the service is what made it for me. My daughter left her sweatshirt, & our server overheard us talking about getting ice... he tracked us down at the ice cream shop to return the sweatshirt. A+ service!

Our dishes were just amazing. Not sure why their rating is low. One thing I am sure is the foods are so great!

We had a very disappointing experience at Ôwok Mont-Tremblant.

During our visit, one of the waiter mixed up some of our plates by mistake. Instead of handling the situation professionally, another waiter reacted very rudely toward his colleague in front of us. It was uncomfortable to witness & created an unpleasant atmosphere at the table.

As for the food, the ramen was also disappointing. It honestly tasted like something that came from a supermarket rather than a freshly prepared dish from a restaurant.

Overall, the combination of poor service & food made this a bad experience for us. We hope the restaurant can improve both the quality of the food & the way staff interact with each other.

Got the Beef Pho. Taste like water & the meat is super dry. Lacks of flavors ruins this dish. Wouldn't recommend.
