Review Summary

Reviews for Ô Wok reveal a polarizing dining experience where opinions on food quality and value vary significantly. Many visitors praise the restaurant for its warm ambiance, attentive service, and flavorful dishes like the General Tao chicken, pad thai, and dumplings, often highlighting the generous portion sizes and welcoming staff. Conversely, some patrons express disappointment, citing inconsistent food quality, issues with authenticity, and high prices for the offerings. While several guests consider it a must-visit gem in the area, others find it to be an overrated tourist spot, noting occasional frustrations with service delays, limited menu availability, or specific complaints regarding flavor and ingredient preparation. Ultimately, it remains a convenient and frequently enjoyed destination for those seeking a mix of Asian-inspired dishes in a lively, well-situated environment.

Very ordinary services & terrible food. The coco-thai soup has no taste beside being super spicy (way too much in fact), other dishes were not that great & one of person in our group had a General Tao chicken that must have been recycled from two days before as it was super sweet & really hard meat. Plus the bill came in as spicy as the coco-thai soup! Never again I will go eat there & this was a unanimous feeling at our table... Perhaps we were there on a bad day but clearly the food is not good enough for a place like Mont-Tremblant. People who gave a 5 stars to that place are probably friends with the management... We are eating in asian food place all the time & we can get better asian food in any shopping center food court than in this little restaurant!

*Other reviews were mentioning something about the frozen food, now that we think about it, it really tasted like frozen food big time! "Ö Yuk"! **Oh & I am French & still got the same crappy service as the other person posted below my comment so it's not about the language here but really about bad staff & terrible food!!

Lacks on take out food. The server lied to me that saying the food is coming in a minute but the food came after 10mins. Also, did not give any chopsticks, sauces, & spoon. The rices are not even cook. Says jokes in French & laughs in front of non-french speaker customer. Never ever going back to this place. Not even a restaurant. If you are not French, you will receive food later. Terrible. 0 stars. Don’t visit here! You will regret. Very dirty too.
