Absolutely amazing food & excellent service! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, & cooked to perfection. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, & the staff was friendly & attentive. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, & welcoming. I had a wonderful dining experience & will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon passage au O Lounge Montréal. Si le cadre a du potentiel, la gestion de la clientèle à l'extérieur est tout simplement inadmissible.
Lors de notre visite, nous avons quitté l'établissement vers 3h-4h du matin, & l'attitude d'une des employées postée dehors a complètement gâché notre fin de soirée. Elle a fait preuve d'une agressivité & d'un manque de respect flagrants envers les clients. Le pire est survenu au moment de la fermeture : incapable de nous communiquer poliment que le lounge fermait ses portes, elle nous a littéralement chassés comme si on était des malpropres.
Le service à la clientèle est le reflet d'un établissement, & ce genre de comportement agressif est intolérable. Un sérieux recadrage de cette employée s'impose au vu de l'heure & de la date de notre passage. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds ici.

Very overpriced, meals came incomplete missing big components. When I mentioned this, the server said she'd apply a discount. 3$ off of $28 & it was missing 1/2 the stuff. She quality checked once for our 2 course meal & we had to flag her down to even order drinks. Only table inside on a Saturday night.

Would not recommend, was the only people in the place at 9pm & food took forever, when it came they forgot half of one of our dishes, salad is not fresh at all, food is not worth the cost at all

One of the worst dining experiences I've had. We waited forever for our food, & when it finally arrived, the meat was completely burnt. All I could taste was burnt, bitter meat. My husband's burger appeared to have had the burnt parts scraped off, leaving it dry & unappetizing.

We asked for replacements, but once again the wait was incredibly long. After waiting so long without receiving edible food, we decided to leave without eating. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.
