Sometimes it's a five star meal, other times it's a one star meal. On the right day, there are delicious Japanese specialties. Go on the wrong day & the uni bowl is a sad, swampy mess & the toro is pale & limp. The oysters have grit. Unfortunately, the prices remain the same either way.
If the chef wants to serve his customers, he might consider developing some table side manners. You're in the hospitality industry, why not act hospitable?Voir plus

Tried their omakase. The dishes were fresh & great portions as well especially the amberjack with ponzu was 10/10. Only down part I would say the lighting of the place would be more cozy maybe add little candle on the table & the bathroom tooVoir plus

I waited for a long time for the server. The fish was ok but there were a few sharp bones. The rice is extremely soggy & cheap sauce was poured on top of it. In addition, half of the bowl of rice is cold & half warm, i find it very disgusting. The octopus was overcooked, with no octopus flavour & burnt. Nozy, ce n'est pas qu'un restaurant, c'est une expérience culinaire japonaise authentique. Avec le chef Nozomu Takeuchi aux commandes, on ne peut que se laisser transporter dans ce voyage au coeur du Japon. L'expérience Omakase (choix du chef) peut sembler dispendieuse pour certain, mais le 13 services accompagné de saké pendant ce deux heures vous le fera oublier rapidement. Des délices passant par le sashimi, des soupes, des viandes, des mets typiquement japonais, chaque bouchée est un orgasme en bouche. Coup de coeur sur la morue noire ❤️ Les plats varient en fonction des produits de saison. Le chef est un artiste qui saura vous transporter dans son pays d'origine. Nous avons été samedi . La nourriture est excellente , le prix est très dispendieux cependant. Nous avons été déçus sur deux chose . Il y avais des gens pour promouvoir les réseaux sociaux & comme cetais un menu dégustation programmé , il y a eu une perte de temps à prendre des Photos & nous avons pas eu le temps de finir l'alcool & avons eu a payé la facture rapidement sans pouvoir relaxer un peu . Suggestion ne pas faire cela une soirée qu'il y a des clients , cela as brisé l'ambiance , de plus elle ont voulu nous prendre en photo & jai dit non mais 5 min avant elle as essayer de le faire en pensant que je voyais pas . Les 3 dernier repas ont été amener rapidement . Le menu dégustation avec le saké nous as coûté 430 $ avec pourboire , pour moi c'est trop cher mais cetais le prix Le propriétaire ne prend pas la peine de saluer les clients aucune fois ni à l'arrivé ou au départ malgré que c'est un endroit intimiste Je ne recommande pas malgré que les plates étais bonVoir plus
