Busy Chinese noodle shop with a cozy interior dishing up housemade hand stretched noodles in a variety of broths, Lan Zhou style. Directly across from McGill university. Delivery by Uber.
Really wonderful! Generous portions with generous amounts of beef, delicious broth. The waiter made sure to ask whether I wanted spice, coriander, or green onion. Good vinegar & chili oil available at the table. Some of the best-textured noodles I have had in Canada! The price point was very good for the portion size. No AC though, & just keep in mind that credit payments have an extra surcharge.
No complaints on the food, although on the saltier end. However, I was disappointed by the dishonesty regarding their payment policy. Initially, the teller said they didn't take credit cards, only to accept mine at the end. This inconsistency was frustrating & unprofessional. Clear communication is essential for a positive dining experience.
By the way, yesterday we got some noodle soup here to take away. I don't really understand why they're praising it so much, it's not remarkable at all, it's absolutely the same as in any noodle restaurant in Chinatown, so sorry🤷🏻♂️just average. Advantages: speed & authenticity of the establishment. Simple :)
I love going to this little place - their noodles are epic, especially the oil spill noodles, which are incredibly delicious & satisfying (& a great vegetarian option). Staff is always friendly & service is fast.

A very authentic Chinese pulled noodle shop. The flavors are all excellent. The wait staff are friendly & trilingual. The quality of the meat was excellent. If I lived in Montreal I'd be tempted to eat here every day.
The noodles were really good, although the dish was very spicy & there was zero mention of it on the menu (that I could see). The atmosphere is cozy if you like the authentic feel of sitting on a little stool at a small table in a small shop (I mean this sincerely! It's got charm). However, if you like me have sensory issues, the frequent, extremely loud slamming of them making the noodles got my anxiety spiking & kept me jumping every time. If you have issues with loud noises I'd recommend take out.
This place is wonderful. The noodles are incredible, watching the dough be stretched & formed is a beautiful art. The broth is absolutely perfection. The seating & atmosphere are kind of fun, with a light family dining style. It's not a relaxing atmosphere per se, but it's fun. The staff is absolutely lovely & the service is incredibly fast.
After many days western foods (deep fried foods), Falcon asked me to try some Chinese noodles. Thus we went to this Langzhou noodle to try. It was spicy & langzhou style. The noodle was freshly made right there & tasty. The waitress was very friendly & helpful. Overall, it's a good oriental style noodle & quote joyful.
