Great food for an excellent price. Highly recommend trying the General Tao Chicken & Fried rice. One order of each could easily be spilt between two people, the portion size was very generous. Perfect for late night dinning.View more
Nouilles Star in Montreal offers a delightful dining experience with flavorful dishes. I tried the General Tao's Chicken, chicken soup, & Cantonese noodles-each was fresh, perfectly seasoned, & satisfying. The portions were generous, & the service was prompt. A great spot for a comforting, casual meal in the city!View more

Been going there for three years, food is mostly ok but got overcooked gen tao for first time, & very rude & aggressive treatment from a waitress id never seen, over three years my major problem is the service, waiters are pushy & rude often, the food & decor kept me going, but last time was too much, but since im the problem im going to give them a break from me, i work hard for my money, its not to get bullied when i am a kind generous person on top of it....View more
I used to grab the general tao from that place well over 13 years ago & it used to be one of my favorite Chinese eateries. 13 years later & the food is still amazing! Seems like this restaurant has paused time & prices (general tao for $13) & kept the great quality in the food & service. I was there yesterday & tried the general Tao (of course), some veggies spring rolls & beef & broccoli. Everything, & I mean everything was made fresh, tasted amazing & was just spicy enough. If you haven't tried this gem yet, you're missing out. Will I go back? 100% yes!View more
Best General Tao in Montreal. The food is always fresh & have some of the best soups. The Cantonese Wonton is best on cold & rainy days.View more
Nous venons ici que pour le poulet Général Tao! Il est incroyablement bon & servi avec du riz. Peut faire 2 repas tellement la portion est généreuse 🙏🏼 Le service est hyper rapideView more
Perfect location if you want authentic Asia food at a reasonable price & huge serving! I'm 6ft6 & the size of the plate is important for me . A genre tao for $13 in this economy is a blessing . The decor is not shiny but you feel like you are in Hong-Kong , the old man service is very nice . I recommend also the Singaporia noodle , deliciousView more
Nouilles Star is the place to be ! Cheap & good quality food. My friend & I ordered the specialty rice (shrimps, beef, chicken) & the general tao which were great for the price (payed 15 dollars per per person). The portions are huge ! We took half of the dish back home & ate it the next day (it was better). The only thing that bothered me was the shrimps, they were kind of cold, & the spices were lacking. A part from these details, I recommend you to go to this restaurant if you're a student searching for a cheap & good asian style restaurant (especially before a night out).View more
Le general tao étais bon & les calamars sel & épice aussi , très bon prix & le personnel est courtois .View more
Hands down easily the Best Asian eatery in the Guy Concordia area. Tasty dishes, very generous servings & no crazy pricing like other newly opened Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. The service is also quick & good. This place is famous for their general tao & the beef on hot plate is also fabulous; the crispy noodles is the stuff that dreams are made of with thick gooey gravy & succulent shrimp & meat slices. The peanut butter dumplings are also very good. Portions are very generous so you'll surely leave with a doggy pack.View more
