Review Summary

Nouilles KungFu is widely recognized as a top destination in Laval for authentic, handmade, and fresh noodles, offering a comforting dining experience that rivals establishments in Montreal Chinatown. Many diners frequently praise the chewy texture of the hand-pulled noodles and the savory, flavorful broths, with the Lanzhou beef and Dan Dan noodles standing out as crowd favorites. While the restaurant is largely celebrated for its reasonable prices, generous portions, and efficient service, some visitors have noted minor inconsistencies regarding language barriers with staff, occasional fluctuations in flavor, or discomfort with seating. Overall, the establishment is viewed as a reliable hidden gem for those seeking high-quality Chinese comfort food in a convenient location.

So came across this place in Laval, Kung Fu Noodles...not a very big place, but big enough to hold maybe 50 seated customers. They have different types of hand pulled noodles that are made fresh. You can actually see them stretching out the dough to make the noodles...so you know it's fresh! They recommended the triple-fine noodle...but we found that too be a bit too thick for us...next time I'd probably go for a thinner noodle (extra-fine?) . While the noodles were fresh, the soup itself was so-so...it really didn't have much flavour to it. Felt kinda'boring'. The spicy cucumber entree was good, but could've been more spicy for me....it was just kinda tangy rather than spicy.
Service was good, but they prefer you order by scanning a QR code on your phone. What I did like is the awesome music they were playing, & the fact that they have 3 well positioned TV screens that let you watch the game...
Go check it out & see what you think.

Visited 1 time.
Parking available. Place was clean & staffs welcoming. They did their best even with some language barrier 👌

Menu can be a little confusing specially choosing the noodle thickness. I personally had the spicy dan dan noodle & they were good. As for people accompanying me, they weren't very impressed with their selection specially the one with chicken.

I would recommend the dan dan though, was really nice 👌 Found it not spicy at all though.

Will surely visit again!
