Lanzhou Lamian, also known as Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodles, is a type of Chinese noodle dish that originated in Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province in China. It is a popular street food in China and can be found in many Chinese restaurants around the world. The process of making Lanzhou Lamian is an art form in itself. The dough is made from wheat flour, water, and sometimes eggs. The dough is then hand-pulled, stretched, and folded in a specific way to create the thin, chewy noodles. The noodles are then boiled and served in a clear soup broth, which is made from beef bones, spices, and herbs. Thinly sliced beef, green onions, and cilantro are often added as toppings.

Lanzhou noodles in Laval? YES PLEASE!😭❤? This bowl gave me the warmth that my body been craving for without having me go all the way to dtown/ctown. This place will surely be my go-to for chinese noodles! I hope to see more authentic asian restaurant in Laval, cause this one was truly a hit for my happy belly🤭💕
