Nouilles De Hui Brossard Restaurant: Menu, Reviews & Reserve (2026)
VietnameseRamen
In a steaming bowl of beef vermicelli soup, you'll find not only delicious slices of beef, dried tofu, and sweet potato vermicelli, but also the highlight of the soup: the broth. Made with fresh local beef bones and a dozen traditional spices from Asian countries such as Vietnam and Malaysia, this broth simmers for hours over low heat. Not only does it extract the nutrients from the beef bones, but it also releases the extraordinary aromas of the traditional spices.

Review Summary

Reviews of Nouilles De Hui highlight authentic flavors, a rich broth, chewy noodles, and a generous amount of meat, all served in a small, homey mom-and-pop setting. Portions are not huge and prices reflect that, making it a solid, fast lunch option with good value. The atmosphere feels casual, more like a food court than a formal restaurant, but the staff are friendly and service is quick, with diners often leaving satisfied across multiple visits. The ramen is generally well liked, with comments about great soup and solid noodles, even from those who are not experts in Asiatic cuisine. Dishes such as katsu pork and pork knuckle are noted as appealing and worthwhile. Taken together, the reviews suggest Nouilles De Hui as a dependable, affordable choice for flavorful bowls that are easy to take home for a second meal.

I got their shrimp fried rice & it was very delicious. Only thing is that the shrimp they use are very tiny but they do give an okay amount of it to make up for the size. Some grains of rice were also hard but the majority of the dish was cooked ok. I will definitely come back to try the other protein choices of fried rice that they offer! The price is also really affordable for the generous amount you get, could possibly feed 2 people.

Small mom-&-pop shop that's homey & simple. The portion are not enormous & it's reflected in the price but the food is great, service is fast, great quick lunch option.

This place is awesome 👍 the staff is extremely nice 🙂 Prices are very competitive by today's standards. Portions are generous. Not an expert on Asiatic food but the ramen 🍜 was good enough for my taste. Great experience, my favorite not-for-millionaires Asiatic restaurant 😃👍

This is my fourth visit. The broth is rich & the noodles are chewy. The amount of meat in the noodles is also not small. I have always had a satisfying meal there. It is a good meal for the price also. & the staff are friendly. It was good.
