Overpriced McDonald's kind of burger… we really are in the final stage of capitalism. There is no more quality; everything needs to be sacrificed for the sake of profit.

Everything was absolutely terrible.
It is completely unacceptable to be served by a little boy with rude & disrespectful behavior instead of proper hospitality & a warm welcome.
The quality of the steak was extremely poor & disappointing, & they even forgot to serve the side dish.
The burger, priced at $23, tasted awful & was not worth the money at all.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, & I will never return to this place under any circumstances.

There's a great selection of food & drinks here. Excellent service & relaxed terrace as well. For high-quality, casual pub fare, I'd definitely recommend.

For some reason the food at this branch has dropped in quality , I'm sure they reheat some of their meat or leave the meat out of the freezer/fridge for a long time. They were out of grilled chicken too & we had to order fried chicken that had no chicken taste whatsoever

It's sad because I love this place but next time I'm going to a different branch

This place used to be really good, but has severely decreased in quality. We paid ~$25 each for burgers with unmelted cheese, dry, hard buns, & cheap box lettuce advertised as "arugula". The service was extremely slow & we waited well over 30 minutes for 2 burgers. There are a lot of better places nearby to get burgers

Where do I even begin, when it comes to my love of this incredible burger establishment? This review was prompted by a really negative experience with another burger joint, last night. I figured, if I can take the time to dissect Obvious burger, & detail all of the reasons why their eatery should be absolutely ashamed of what they dare to pass off as "meat", I can certainly spare 15-20 minutes, to gush a moment, about the masters of the food industry, who actually bother to do their jobs (& their customers) right. This place is definitely not cheap, & its no wonder why- there is absolutely no hint of any compromise on quality, at Notre Boeuf De Grace. Without a doubt, you will get exactly what you pay for, as-advertised (perfect & pink in the middle, everytime) & worth every penny you pay. I've never experienced a burger in Montréal quite like NBDG, before or since. I easily consider these guys the undisputed champions among burger chains in Montréal (with an honorable mention to 5 Guys, who sadly are no longer in my delivery area!). Notre Boeuf's sandwiches are cooked with attentive, loving, & discriminating perfection; they manage to deliver extremely impressive meals, with the consistency & reliability of familiar fast food eateries, & the decadent, outstanding quality that you'd expect, from the bill that will accompany your 5? sandwich. If you have the money to spare, it's a worthwhile & rewarding treat. I've never, ever been disappointed by NBDG, not delivery, take-out or eat-in (& I've done all three). This place will always be the first restaurant that comes to mind, when money is no object & I'm craving some genuine, real comfort food. As long as the quality remains unchanged, I will be a loyal customer, for the foreseeable future. My hat goes off to these guys, they provide a special, memorable, & unarguably celebrated staple among dining experiences on this Island, & no Foodie Tour of MTL could ever be considered complete or well-rounded, without paying a visit to any Notre Boeuf de Grace location; a superior & unparalleled must-try!

I have previously reviewed this restaurant a year or so ago but after today's visit, I had to redo my review.

Unfortunately it was not one of our most memorable times. I ordered an onion soup which came within minutes. It was a generous bowl but the soup had salad croutons scattered & the small chunk of mozzarella was sinking. After the first taste, I noticed something was definitely wrong with the soup. After the second slurp, I noticed the pungent taste that just did not make any sense: the soup was filled with soy sauce. I returned the soup promptly as it left a bad taste in my mouth & ordered the large kosher hot dog which came dressed with half-moon onion slices, cold bacon bits & a humongous bun which I left almost untouched. The onion rings were ok but nothing to write home about. My husband's hamburger was sinking in the gigantic bun & topped with cold bacon slices & Kraft individually wrapped processed cheese. Service was very, very slow & we were told they had a new chef trainee.

This is what happens when a new restaurant is opening & is an instant hit. Instead of continuing to renew, modify & make things better, the quality goes down & live off the reputation. Personally, I do not think I shall visit again. At least not for now.
