This is a chain restaurant & you can tell. It was a Saturday at 7pm & the restaurant was maybe 40% full, we still waited a long time to be served, most times we had to flag the server over. The burgers were way over cooked, the poutine was small (& an extra $5!) With watery gravy & no flavour. When we were served, the staff were very kind, the saving grace of the evening for sure.

We made a last minute reservation for a birthday brunch/lunch . The staff went above to take make us feel welcome & made sure we had everything we needed, even made sure our 2 toddlers had a great experience. Food was great, service top-notch. We will definitely be back!

Le staff manque de professionnalisme, passent leur temps sur leur téléphone & à faire des blagues entre eux pendant que les clients attendent. Ils semblent complètement désintéressés à travailler Service lent & sans intérêt
