Yesterday, I visited this restaurant & ordered poutine. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, it was served cold. The cheese was so cold that it made the dish unpleasant to eat.

When I asked the staff to reheat it, they took my plate back. However, it took so long for them to return it that by the time my food came back, all of my friends had already finished their meals. At that point, I had lost my appetite & didn't feel like eating anymore.

I was very disappointed with this experience. Better attention to food temperature & faster service would have made a big difference.

Le restaurant est bien dans l'ensemble, mais mon expérience a été très décevante. L'un des employés m'a volé des effets personnels. Malgré les preuves, le gérant n'a pas pris la situation au sérieux & ne m'a offert aucun remboursement pour le préjudice subi.

La personne qui m'a volé a finalement reconnu les faits & a accepté de me rendre les objets volés, mais cela ne compense pas le temps perdu, le stress & les inconvénients que cette situation m'a causés. J'espère que le restaurant prendra ce genre d'incident beaucoup plus au sérieux à l'avenir afin qu'aucun autre client n'ait à vivre la même chose.

We came on a Monday & weren't that hungry. So, we ended up ordering their monday special which is their davids smashburger for just 6$! I've always wanted to come try their burgers because they look so tasty & even though i got their most simplest smashburger, it was so delicious. The meat was just so well done & the crispy edges were a sensory bonus & the bun was so soft. The david buger is also garnished with pickles, which is very basic but a delicious pairing, as well as having cabbage instead of your typical slice of lettuce. Anyway, i liked it so much that i even ate my sister's burger too. The service was also super great. The waitress was practically working the floor by herself & was very cool, personable & pleasant. It wasn't packed but it was still slightly busy with people eating outdoors too. In general, their menu is quite pricery & im not to sure of the sides portions as ive seen in pictures, but if your like me who is mindful of these things but still want to check this place out, look up their daily specials (only available after 5pm :').

Went for some late night food- nice little patio & no wait to sit. Good burgers, not very impressed with service.
The table we sat at was wobbly. We asked for something to fix it but the waitress said to move if we didn't like it. When my boyfriend asked to put something underneath she said that the manager doesn't let them put anything under to make the tables level, so there was nothing she could do. We moved to a different table, & it had a stack of napkins underneath making it level.
She got us water & checked in for drinks & food in good timing. Wait time for food was okay. My burger came with regular fries instead of sweet potato fries like I had ordered. They took the full plate back & left my boyfriend with his food. We waited 8 minutes for my burger to come back with the right side. While we waited we shared his tater tots- they were really good, but small portion & very greasy. Our fingers were glistening, & we weren't brought any napkins until my burger came back. There was no apology for the error & no check in to see how the food was. The waitress even came to clear my boyfriend's plate while he was up to the washroom & picked up the napkins on the table beside me without saying a word. I understand mistakes but it was the lack of care that really upset me, especially when paying $60 for two burgers with nothing to drink besides water.

Poor staff they were short staffed in the kitchen & notified the owner. Wait time was close to 2 hrs after ordering. Hopefully they get some staff
