We had an incredible time today
It was late night the two kind girls who were serving us were very patient with us even when we were 12 .
Great chicken wings! Had 4 plates of 12 highly recommended
& their red ale beer which the server recommended to us was also amazing

Where do I begin?
The good:
Tater tots were great. Onion rings too. & fries.

The bad:
•My friend had to send his margarita back (too sour - apparently it was the bartenders first day LOL).
•Server dropped water off but once. We later had to ask for a pitcher of water. Didn't come for a while. The other tables were automatically served with one tho!
•I had ordered a beet salad. Somewhere this got lost, I had to wait over an hour lol. (Also, do NOT order this).
•We got served food without cutlery (omg)
•Our latecomer got served his food with a (dirty) roll up that only had a knife in it (wow).
•We asked for take out containers & when she finally brought them out, the tops were too big.

Definitely not coming back & recommending no one else do either!

I came in here recently for the first time & had the most i credible experience. My server was attentive & welcoming & the food came out perfect! Thank you so much Ghita!

On Wednesday night,10pm we had an amazing time the vibes were joyful & the music was also good.
Our waitress was helpful & attentive.
The food is delicious. We'll definitely be back!!

Je me suis fait servir un burger dont la viande était crue. Lorsque j'en ai informé la serveuse, elle a d'abord confirmé que la cuisson était effectivement crue & a retourné l'assiette en cuisine. Deux minutes plus tard, elle est revenue en m'expliquant que c'était tout à fait normal & que tous les burgers de ce restaurant étaient servis de cette façon.

Or, étant chef de profession, je suis conscient qu'une chaîne de restauration de ce type ne hache généralement pas sa viande sur place. Dans ce contexte, servir un burger saignant ou cru ne respecte pas les normes de salubrité alimentaire applicables à la viande hachée. Malgré cela, on m'a soutenu qu'il s'agissait de la pratique normale de l'établissement.

Par souci de sécurité alimentaire & afin d'éviter qu'une telle situation ne se reproduise, je me vois dans l'obligation de signaler cet incident au MAPAQ pour qu'il puisse vérifier la conformité des pratiques de l'établissement.

I came to Notre Boeuf de Grace with my granddaughter, We had such a wonderful experience. She loves the sweet potatoes fries, they are crispy & delicious always. The burgers were fresh & full of flavour, The service was friendly & attentive. We'll definitely be coming back.

Tasty burgers, I am obsessed with the tater tots, we've gone here for years & they never disappoint!! Special thanks for Raph for making us feel welcome with our toddler, we haven't experienced such hospitality at any other restaurants!
Favourite burgers: L'Orozco & Holy Swiss

Les burgers sont bons mais chers pour ce que c'est & alors, un extra de 4 dollars pour l'enlever les frites & mettre 5 asperges dans l'assiette....
