Came in on a Friday night looking forward to trying the burgers. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks & nearly 40 more minutes without anyone taking our food order.

After more than an hour of waiting, we decided to leave. The response from staff was,'We're understaffed. Next time come when we're fully staffed if you want proper service.'

Being understaffed is a management problem, not a customer problem. If you know Fridays are busy, especially around Mount Royal, the restaurant should be prepared for it.

Unfortunately, we left hungry, disappointed, & without ever getting to try the food. A very poor first impression.

Le burger Fancy est très très bon mais alors que dire du service..
long, pas professionnel & aucune courtoisie ni excuse pour le délais de service ni de traitement des additions..

En vrai, un pur hasard & une belle surprise. Deja c'est kid friendly. On est arrivé en plus d'avoir chaise haute, repas pour enfant. Le menu enfant est présenté sur une feuille que votre tout petit peut colorier. En prime, les craies grasses crayola sont fournies.

Les portions sont généreuses. C'est super bon. Les bières sont bonnes. Le service etait tres agréables & on a meme croisé des copains de la garderie qui connaissaient deja l'adresse.

A refaire & meme recommander entre parents :) & amateurs de bonne bouffe

WARNING! The Tater Tots are SPICY! We were unable to eat them. The description on the menu did NOT say they were SPICY! & waaay over-salted! We've eaten Tater Tots at the Cote Vertu location & they weren't spicy or overly salty. VERY disappointed. Will NEVER order from this location again
Ribs were great but very small portion for the price.
