Tater tots are very well done! Crunchy on the outside & not too hard nor soft on the inside. Each bite is satisfying. Great grill cheese. Burgers sounds yummy but don't have appetite for burger & grilled cheese. Will have to return for burgers.
Love this location so much!! Employees are super nice, service is great, & food is amazing!! One of my favourite restaurants of all time too! I'm also so glad they added mac n cheese as a side with the burgers. I used to always ask if i can replace the fries with the mac n cheese & they used to say they can't do that, but now they can!! i'm really glad!

Did a pick up order & was helped by Sean. Very nice guy & went out of his way to attend me. If the manager is reading this, you need more people like him at the restaurant.
The burger of the month was so good, sweet & tasty, I loved it! My daughter tried 5 fromages it was very good. Tater tots are my favorites, but sweet fries were good too. Nice service, I'll come back for sure ❤?
J'avais de grande attentes vis-à-vis cette endroit vue les notations.
& malheureusement j'ai été assez déçu.
La première chose qui frappe c'est leurs volontés a être bilingue, ce qui est plus que raisonnable.
Cependant, il n'y semble pas avoir de séparateur dans leur menu ce qui rend la lecture compliqué.
Je dois avouer toutefois, que notre serveur fut très gentil & courtois.
Niveaux services a la clientèle c'était très bien.
Pour le reste j'ai connu mieux.
La nourriture était assez sec, que cela soit la viande ou le burger qui semblait fortement manquer de sauce.
Les tots cependant était très bon.
Boisson ok, mais peu de sélection.
& pour finir, leurs toilettes ne sont pas incroyable.
Bref, pour conclure c'est un endroit correct à essayé une fois. Vue les avis j'ai pus être malchanceux.
My experience here was not very good. Ordered tater tots instead of fries which is an extra charge over the fries & they gave me a small portion of tater tots (15 pieces) compared to my friends who ordered fries. This isn't that big of an issue so I ask if they could ask more as I'm paying 40$ for a meal… & they come back & tell me'they cannot make more unless I pay more' just an annoyance & wanted to just say porting size is terrible. I'm paying 40$ & I'm getting a hand full of tater tots not much to ask for a bit more 🥲
First time I order I vomitted, now I decided to give another chance. I found a white bug in my fries, the fries were fried in dirty oil n tastes bad. the meat of the holy Swiss burger wasn't cooked good, n was messy in the presentation. Back then it was much better but their level dropped

c'était super bon!!! ma première fois dans ce resto & j'ai beaucoup aimé :) j'ai pris le holy swiss & une limonade à la cerise. celle-ci était vraiment bonne : un mélange parfait entre l'acidité du citron & la douceur de la cerise :) j'ai pris le holy swiss comme burger pour mon premier & dernier repas de la journée, c'était bourratif & vraiment délicieux! j'espère pouvoir revenir un jour pour déguster d'autres plats. le service était assez rapide pour moi, il y avait beaucoup de monde & on n'a pas trop attendu. les employés sont très courtois & sympathiques! :)
Unfortunately had a terrible meal & experience here. The Steak Frites were truly disgusting. The steak was sinewy, stringy, tough, & impossible to cut, although it was underdone at the same time. We sent it back, & got one more cooked. It was better, but so over-salted. We could cut through it now, but it was still gamey, sinewy, & stringy. The fries were soggy & limp, & the yellow sauce was gross.
The lychee martini tasted like rubbing alcohol & rose water. I'm sure that's what it was. Awful.
Now onto the seating. We were sat upstairs, elbow to elbow with the table next to us. How uncomfortable!!! I constantly had to get up & move when someone else wanted to use the restroom. Just awful.
The only highlight was our waitress. She is the only reason I will give 2 stars instead of 1. I wish I remembered her name, but I sadly don't. She was lovely & accommodating. But the rest of the experience was abysmal. I have never written a review this bad before, but I have to. Please do better.
Used to be good, not anymore.
Zero consistency, lots of staff turnover never see the same person twice. Sometimes food will be good, other times bland & flavorless. No sure what happened but it's a disaster.
Kitchen doesn't look clean, cooks look disorganized, wait time might be 5 mins or 45 mins.
Cleanliness is atrocious look at the fridge they keep the food in! Disgusting.
