This place is by far the best noodle place I've been to. Service is great too. We'll definitely be back !View more
We were out for an evening walk. Found ourselves in Chinatown & saw this little restaurant.
My wife has wanted noodles like we would get in the U.K. for two years! This place delivers that & more.
Great service, friendly.
Food was awesome.
Great value for the money!!
ThanksView more
hi! a cute little place, we got our good very fast & our waiter was very attentive if needed. we ordered general tao, it did not look nor taste like the usual red general tao, but was very tasty nonetheless. the noodles were plenty, could have used more veggies!View more
Unassuming restaurant, classic hole-in-the-wall style, with fantastic house noodles! Ordered the #2 hot & sour soup, #12 soup dumplings, & #19 pork & spicy vegetables soup for a fantastic trip down Noodle Road! (cash only)View more
Great location with amazing staff. The restaurant is cozy & clean. The service is super quick. Food is good too. I'd love to try the noodles next time.View more
A Chinese restaurant specialized in homemade noodles. Serving Xiao Long Bao also. Cash only.View more
Amazing noodles. Perfect for fall. The restaurant is located a few steps away from the metro & Chinatown. The noodles were fresh & tasty & can't wait to visit again.View more
They serve good Chinese dishes. I ordered soup dumplings (pork), chicken fried rice, & noodles with spicy pork. All the dishes were delicious. Their food is not high-end (which is what you'd expect, right?) but it's affordable & delicious-classic American Chinese food. This spot is recommended for hungry tourists who want to try Chinese cuisine."View more
Cash only! Called for take out & only had to wait a couple of minutes when I got there. Food was good. They have limited seating inside so if you dine in, you may have to wait for a table. Really like the General Tao Chicken (#37), it wasn't mostly breading like other places, the Cantonese Chow Mein (#28), it's a pan fried noddle & the House Noodle (#25).View more
This place was great! Don't expect to be able to sit around & talk for a while after you eat, they have a lot of people waiting to get in for a bite to eat. But you'll get in & out quickly with a full tummy! Our server was busy & rushing around but he was hilarious & totally made the experience. I was also impressed with the way they handled a walk-in party of 11 people! I had the homemade noodles with pork & they were delicious, I especially enjoyed the amount of fresh vegetables.View more
Excellent dumplings & noodles at great prices! The staff very friendly & attentive. We will be back for sure to try other dishes.View more
Probably the best noodle you would find in Montreal. Small area with fast service. You must have cashView more
Worth waiting in line for. The service was quick & the two servers were amazingly on the ball given how packed it was. It's nothing fancy inside, but the food was outstanding. The vegetable dumplings were better than any I've ever had. The dough was somehow almost sweet & the filling was so much more flavourful than at other places. The shrimp har gow was just right & the pork wontons delicious. The Shanghai noodles were good, not mind-blowing, but to be fair, we were pretty stuffed by the time we got to them.View more
Small restaurant with limited seatings so make sure to arrive as soon as they open. Super welcoming staff & food came fast & fresh (noodle & dumplings are my favorites). I've been going here for years & can say that they have cut down on the portion like many other restaurants but it is still super affordable. I usually pay almost double elsewhere for the same amount of food. I strongly suggest to give it a try if you're craving for fast chinese food without breaking your bank.View more

Fabulous dumplings & noodles. Great prices but cash only & no hot tea.View more
I've been frequenting the Noodle Factory off & on for years, drawn repeatedly by its straightforward charm & delectable offerings. Nestled in the heart of Montreal's vibrant Chinatown, this no-frills eatery has carved out a niche for itself, serving up tasty dishes at an unbeatable value. Upon entering, one can't help but notice the restaurant's modest dimensions. The space is somewhat cramped, a testament to its bustling activity rather than any lack of foresight. While not expansive, the setting is adequate, fostering a cozy atmosphere that puts the focus squarely on the food. The staff, adhering to the establishment's no-frills approach, provide the basic level of service necessary to facilitate your meal. This minimalist approach to service underscores the restaurant's commitment to offering a low-cost dining experience, prioritizing the quality & affordability of the food above all else. However, it's important to note that the Noodle Factory may not be accessible to everyone, as it currently does not provide wheelchair access due to the absence of a ramp. This limitation is a significant oversight that the establishment should address to welcome a broader clientele. The menu at Noodle Factory stands out for its generous portion sizes that leave customers satisfied. The dishes, while simple, are prepared in a way that brings out a richness of flavor, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The cost of dining here is surprisingly low, making it a go-to spot for those seeking a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Be mindful that the restaurant operates on a cash-only basis. While this may require a bit of planning ahead, the dining rewards are well worth this minor inconvenience. In sum, the Noodle Factory stands as a testament to the simple pleasure of good food served without pretense. While it may benefit from a few logistical improvements, its commitment to providing a cost-effective dining experience, alongside the satisfying culinary offerings, ensures its place as a beloved fixture in Montreal's dining scene. Whether you're a long-time patron or a curious newcomer, the Noodle Factory promises a dining experience that's both satisfying & memorable, all while keeping your wallet happy.View more
Best general tao I've had in Chinatown! The house noodles are also really deliciousView more
Fantastic place. Very happy I went here to eat. Shanghai noodles were great.View more
Amazing Chinese food for the money. The food is made fast with great service. Lots of dishes can be made plant based. You can add tofu to any dish. This is must try to everyone who visits Montreal & enjoys noodles! This a cash only place, so remember to bring cash.View more
Delicious soup dumplings & noodles in Chinatown district. Fresh ingredients all around so tasty. Very reasonably priced & excellent service!View more
Best place in Montreal for fresh handmade noodles. Typical chinese restaurant. Quick service for an eat & go, staff is friendly. On my list of regular restaurants I go.View more
Called in prior to getting take out. Pretty rude over the phone. They only take cash too. They weren't clear about it on the phone. Really good noodles. Nicely flavoured. Their online menu is not updated so there is a price increase there.y aView more
I would give this place 4.5 stars if it were an option. This is a great "hole in the wall" restaurant with fast service & very attentive wait staff. We were served what I'm assuming was cold tap water out of a bottle right away, which was nice to have as soon as we sat down. There was an option to buy canned sodas, but it is not on the menu. We ordered wonton soup, noodles with pork & fried pork dumplings. ALL of the food was EXCELLENT!! Fresh & delicious with just the right seasonings. Loved the chili oil that was brought to the table. Downside, if you don't know ahead of time is that this is CASH ONLY!! They do take US dollars. Also, this is not a place to go if you want to sit for hours & have cocktails with your friends/family. It is small & they move fast. I never felt rushed but it's just not a place that you're going to be hanging out for a long time. We didn't have to wait for a table but I can see how a line could easily back up.View more
