What brought me here before I came regularly is the vibe - super Plateau in the best way possible! The Ethiopian cold brew using Escape beans was one of the best cold brews I've had. But what makes me return once a week is their crème molle (not a flotteur, just straight soft serve)! The best taste at the best price in the whole city for a classic crème à la vanille in my opinion. Bravo équipe Noble!

Petit café situé à deux pas de la station laurier, j'ai pris le flotteur mocha & il était excellent, le café mélangé au chocolat était riche & gourmand je recommande fortement ! Il y a une petite queue en raison de son succès mais le service est rapide & efficace !

Les flotteurs sont délicieux & ils ont pleins de saveurs ! Moins de 10$ pour deux crèmes glacées, bon prix selon moi. La qualité de la crème glacée est très bonne. Service moyen.
