First & last time coming here. Never in my life have I walked out of a restaurant before getting food. Waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches for lunch. Waitress took 3 tables' orders back to back with us in the middle, the other 2 got their food in a reasonable time, the table who ordered after us actually finished eating & left before we got anything. Waitress tried to blame it on the computer but she was clearly lying.
Cherry on top was that after an hour of waiting she brought a small bowl of about 10 french fries to try to make up for the wait. We left immediately after she set down that bowl.
This restaurant & its service is an absolute joke.
Nickels Deli is a reliable spot for classic comfort food. The portions are generous, the menu has plenty of variety, & everything is consistently tasty. With friendly service & a relaxed atmosphere, it's a great place for a casual meal any time of day.

Just what I expected from a mall eatery. We came here because it was close to the airport.
Food was prompt, friendly (thanks Regina!) & plentiful. We ordered the classic poutine, jumbo smoked meat sandwich & two burgers. Fries were ok, not too crispy, but still tasty. The place was very clean & the server checked on us a few times.
I forgot to take a photo of the food when it came, but from the bowl, you can tell it was a generous poutine.
Prices were fair. I think it's definitely deserving of a higher rating!
A good restaurant. We went several times. Great smoke meat. Large menu, but some stuff in it is less perfect. Wide opening hours, including for breakfast. Good service with friendly staff.
Ordered the Nickel's Club on Uber Eats to my hotel room & it was awesome! Good portion of meat on the sandwich, the fries & coleslaw were both great too.it was prepared very quickly & came to my room still hot & delicious. I will order here again whenever I find myself in Dorval. Highly recommend!!
We stopped there as we were driving through the villages on our way from Laval to gatino & realized that this Metro is like holding its citizens hostage by putting the prices high not offering much variety. It's too much micromanagement in there & that's what's causing this to be unpleasant when you go see them. I understand they're remote & everything but regardless it's not a reason they should take an opportunity in take advantage. So I mean it was all right. The selection was not good though we went to buy sandwiches they had only like single sandwiches. All other metros have like little sandwich platters they didn't have any of those. They had individual one sandwich for $9. They don't have the platters where you could buy many many sandwiches & one one tray pay about the same thing so they try to get the most considering they're position. So all in all selection wasn't great. Prices were high. Staff was not friendly
Every second Sunday, my friend & i head out to Nickels for breakfast. We always sit in our favorite servers section. Regina is the best server in town. We are treated exceptionally well & always with a smile. She treats all her customers the same.
Food is always fresh & delicious.

Went there with my friends & waited 15 min before walking out. The place was not bust at all . Nobody came by to take our orders. I was really looking forward to it based on other reviews

Had a delightful lunch here with colleagues! The food was delicious, & the service was attentive & friendly. A great spot for both casual & group outings. Would happily return time & again. Highly recommended.
My family had a brief stopover we would take them back to the back to the Airport to catch a later flight. Since they wanted to have smoked meat & poutine they chose this restaurant close by. The food was good & the service was amazing our waitress even laughed at my husband's jokes. We plan on going back for breakfast those pancakes look enticing. Thank you Nickles for the excellent quick frienfly service.

I visited this place with my friends, the food was good & all but our waitress was present at one time only when taking order, another waiter brought our food. Then, when it was time to pay, we paid & left no tips. The waitress came to our table & started lying that i haven't paid some federal amount of money, & i have to pay now again. From my understanding, she wanted tips, but why would you lie? I was talking in a different language with my friend, waitress thought i was a tourist or foreigner & tried to make money out of it, i wouldn't recommend it. Very unpleasant experience, honestly.
A solidly okay place. The food was tasty but for the giant smoked meat sandwich the meat is very strategically placed to make it look like there's more than there is. The fries were a good "dirty oil" fry with a nice color. No one asked if we wanted more to drink. Only one check in during the meal. It took forever to get the bill & the place lacked atmosphere.
The smoked meat sandwich was loaded with lots of smoked meat. I like the option of lean or medium for the smoked meat. I had the medium, very juicy. French fries & Cole slaw were a great accompaniment.
