But the food was great. The noodle soup was diffenert than the usual Vietnamese onion beef broth. They made it with an enhanced anise taste. Very nice with fresh beef slices & good portion. Gotta have their canned coffee. They made it in-store & well chilled. The matcha coffee is excellent!
1. Tempura udon with fish balls
Albeit small parts, they give 3 & are very well executed!
2.Beef slices udon soup
Honestly, feels like right at home kuyteav & thats great.
It did take some time to get food but it's very much worth the wait & money.
Didnt try any drinks BUT the cans that are served look cool
I've had pho rare beef many times. Always a delight. I do wish they had a larger variety of choices. I'd go more frequently.
Nhasang is really the place to go if you love Vietnamese food. The restaurant is clean & tidy. The boss is a nice lady who is very generous & thoughtful. We ordered Pho with rare beef, beef balls & need flank, & Udon soup noodle. They taste really good! & the shrimp tempura is crispy & delicious. They have a good variety of on-spot made drinks. We tried the egg coffee & it is truly good! I highly recommend Nhasang to anyone who loves Asian food. I'll definitely eat there again.
One weekday afternoon, I went for a solo lunch at this small restaurant. I had the rare beef ph? with a tea - everything was flavorful. The tea served in a can was a new experience for me, & I enjoyed it!
The decor is charming, & a K-drama was playing on the TV, which I really liked. The owner is warm & attentive, & I truly enjoyed chatting with her.
I'll definitely come back with my family! I already can't wait to try the Cambodian curry & another Vietnamese tea. Thank you for this lovely moment.
Excellent pho, hot temperature so the rare beef cooks well, fragrant but not too salty. Nice portions of toppings to add in as well. Got the soymilk pandan drink, half sweet, also excellent. Tried the café aux oeufs, lovely drink! & now tasting the black sesame cookie, chewy style of cookie, great taste. This restaurant blends flavors so well without being'too much'. Atmosphere is a 4, just to temper expectations, but it's as expected for little asian restaurants. Clean place. Had a pleasant meal & would come again.
We took beef pho & it was delicious! We also tried the egg coffee & the pink limonade it was really good too! They sell cookies too ( ube & pandan) you don't see that anywhere else which is really nice & different. It's a must trying this place. The lady that works there is super nice & the service is amazing 🥹 We will come back for sure!!!
I visited NHASANG yesterday & had a really nice experience overall. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients & beef Pho (rare, flanc & beef ball) was particularly good. The service was friendly & efficient. The staff made helpful suggestions & were quick to bring the food. They made sure we were comfortable without being too pushy. The atmosphere was cozy & relaxing. Even though it was busy, it wasn't too loud, & the décor made it feel welcoming, just feel like going home. The prices were fair for the quality of the food & service. It felt worth it for the overall experience. I had a great time here & would recommend it to others. I'd definitely come back again!
Very friendly service from the moment we stepped in until we left, delicious food (we ordered rare beef pho & fish balls udon), generous portions & good drinks. Thank you & looking forward to coming back!
This restaurant was recommended by one of my colleagues who found it from IG. I loved the big bowl of beef flank pho: around 13$ each. I ordered the croissant banh mi bbq pork that I brought home because I was too full already. I wish I could order their dessert & coffee because there were a few interesting choices but this will be for next time! We went there on a Sunday at the opening (11:30 am), the owners are very sweet & welcoming! One of them saw me took a picture of their ceiling & told me they're going to change the flowers.
AMAZING SERVICE! The lady (store owner?) Is so nice!! All the staff are amazingly friendly! They have very warm smiles & are so hardworking. The pho rare beef was delicious, all my friends & I loved the broth. Their bubble tea concept is so cute & unique too. The inside is also very cute & stylish when u look up at the ceiling.
First off, we did not try their coffee maybe their coffee is super good but the food was really just OK. To sum it up, this place is "Jack of 3 dishes & master of none". We tried their pho, Cambodian curry noodle & Japanese udon. The pho here is average, they don't have the Bun Bo Hue, they give you more than average noodles sure... but the noodles were a bit overcooked, a bit soggy. Cambodian curry noodles, it tastes OK, but my God the presentation is godawful! & after you mix the noodles up with the curry, it looks like a pile of vomit! In addition, I think they did not strain the vermicelli enough, so there was a lot of water left in the bowl, which ended up diluting the curry. The curry was mild, too, not spicy & the restaurant didn't have any chilly oil. The Japanese udon, if my taste bud is not mistaken, you can actually buy your own soup base (I am pretty sure is Marutomo Agodashi Soup Base) & just make your own... The rest of it is just fish & beef balls. I can literally make my own at home for probably around $5. Lastly, the spring rolls were good, they were fresh, but they needed to roll it tighter, it was loose & eating it was a bit of a mess. We did not try any of their coffee & dessert, maybe those are the highlights of this place... But I'm sorry, food wise, I cannot give it a 5 stars & I wouldn't come back for the food.
