Cute, kitschy fun with tastes of the old country done up in a modern style. The cheeseboat was what brought us here, & the braised beef with pickles option was delicious. Even better were the pelmeni, especially the veal & mushroom with their rich, earthy sauce. Sour cherry cocktails were the perfect accompaniment to the night.
Super belle découverte comme lorsqu'on est en voyage…mais dans sa propre ville! Décor joli, original & chaleureux, service vraiment sympathique & professionnel, cocktails fabuleux. La vodka infusée est magnifique ❤?

Amazing cocktail bar with a russian vibe in Old Port Montréal. They make great classic martinis & mules. Ruslan, our bartender, was very insightful about the cocktails stories & folklore. Blinis, dumplings & zuski for a great cocktail & food pairing. Fun for staff party & friend gatherings.
Probably the best & possibly only place to find Adjaruli Khachapuri in Montreal that I've found. It's the Georgian cheese bread in the boat shape. Definitely modified with extra ingredients & more pizza-like but still delicious!
Olivier salad was good. Pelmeni also good. Love those dishes.
A bit of an'elevated' &'trendy' place, so the price point matches it too, even though these foods originated from a simpler (inexpensive) place.
Lovely staff. Good cocktail menu.
Great option for dinner. Will keep coming back.
Already my first'Coup de Coeur' of the year 😍 It's a great restaurant in the Montreal Old Port that serve russian inspiration meals & have signature cocktails. It's a cozy ambiance place with amazing tasteful food. Just look at the pics, i mean! I will come back for sure, please give me a million cheese boats like this everyday haha!

Really cool restaurant. Very nice vibe with good songs in Russian. Their cocktails are delicious. I really enjoyed the morse code. The servers were attentive, kind & efficient. I will definitely be returning. The food looked delicious.
The atmosphere is great, stuff is really lovely. The only thing is that it's not traditional Eastern Eu cuisine, it's with Canadian vibe. But it was good tho, not expensive. Would come here again for sure, cocktails are amazing. 😊

Nous avons réservé une section du Nevski pour une fête avec le menu bouchées/cocktails pour une vingtaine de personnes. Excellent service & ambiance conviviale. La nourriture était excellente & en bonne quantité, parfait pour accompagner des Moscow Mules ;) Je recommande fortement le Nevski!
Me & my partner were very excited to find a place that serves Khachapuri, it was very delicious as expected. We ordered 2 borscht , 2 khachapuri & a pitcher of mule. The mule was very good as well. The borscht was okay. We knew that since the location was in the old port it would be a little pricey but for 2 appetizers, 2 single portions of khachapuri & a pitcher of mule totalled 110$ before tip. The mule was expected price as cocktails in Montréal prices are on par, but 50$ for 2 soups & 2 khachapuri was a bit much, I also ordered the "saucy braised beef & pickle khachapuri" (18$) & it was more like beef bits sparsely covering the small cheese boat. It could have maybe came with a side portion of Russian salad or cabbage, since the size of the khachapuri is comparison to a large slice of pizza. Additionally we even decided to have dessert at home since the bill was already racked up. Unfortunately, We won't be going back.
Une excellente découverte! J'ignorais la gastronomie russe & je dois dire que j'ai été épaté. Les plats étaient très goûteux & généreux! Les dumplings Veau & Champignons étaient tellement délicieux que nous avons commandés une deuxième portion en plus du Cheeseboat, bortsch, & les duos pirojki. Les deux cocktails auxquels nous avons goûtés étaient le Transiberiens ainsi que le St-Petersbourg Mule; ces derniers étaient sublimes! Nous y retournerons absolument 💯
If you're looking to enjoy both (Eastern European dishes & the house's cocktails) The mules "their speciality", you need to give Nevski a try, Lowkey place, behind the Morgan's Stanley Building. The atmosphere is great for (5 à 7) date nights or friends or family. Music is never too loud.
We had a few hours in Montreal, out of which 4 hours spent at Nevski & it was worth it. Great atmosphere & music, cozy decorations, really nice staff & delicious food. But the signature feature of that place - cocktails.
Passé une soirée un samedi, restaurant à moitié plein. L'ambiance est sympa, par contre le service est d'une lenteur abominable. Les plats ne sont pas arrivés en même temps, & les portions étaient vraiment petites. Les cocktails sont assez chers & peu chargés également. Même après que plusieurs se soient plains de la lenteur & du fait qu'a priori les portions soient plus petites qu'auparavant, aucun geste n'a été proposé. Bref, une fois mais pas deux :)
More of a cocktail bar than a place for food. Portions are SUPER small. Also drinks are super pricey for what is served. Large ice cubes kinda place if you catch my drift.... It's a fun place to hang out but it's way over priced
