Worst experience ever... I only ordered tea to go & guy took over 20 minutes to make it.. & then the tea.. Yukk.. Warm water taste much better than that... It has no milk, no sugar even when he was told to put regular sugar... & he charged me 12$ for that...
& in case even after seeing this review you plan to go there, bring warm jackets because their heater doesn't work at all

I had a very disappointing experience at Mumbai Masala. The staff behaved extremely rudely, & there was absolutely no sense of customer care. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they responded with attitude & disrespect.
For a restaurant that claims to offer good hospitality, this place failed completely. The atmosphere didn't feel welcoming at all, & the overall experience made me regret choosing this restaurant. I do not recommend Mumbai Masala to anyone looking respectful service.

The best restaurant in montreal if you are starving & under budget😀. Yeah, the service could take more time than usual especially on weekends.
However, the place holds a vibe & serves their guests humbly.
