A young man who served me put 3 full scoops of ice in my lemonade & he then padded down the ice & put the rest of a scoop of ice back in the place where the ice was kept. I saw what he did & I said there was too much ice & he said the scoop is small & he showed me the scoop which was of average size & he showed me he put three small scoops in. I disagreed with him & said the scoops were bigger & he said'No' & I said okay & I left it at that.

Later when I finished my Ice Tea I showed the owner who just happened to be there that there was three quarters of a cup of ice left & he Informed me that they usually put half a glass of ice in their medium Ice Tea drinks.

He offered me another Ice Tea which I turned down & he said the next time a free one.

I will turn down the free one because that is not my reason for mentioning the excessive ice.

I will not hold one disagreement from a staff member against them. I will eventually give them another chance.

Give them a chance their salads are delicious & their muffins are incredibly moist & tasty & they have multiple flavors of ice tea..

They also have Sandwiches & Banana Bread & lots of other food items & drinks.

Just remember to ask if you want less ice.

Tried to order a breakfast combo today, the lady refused making it on a different bread than Bagel because apparently she had already put it in the oven. Kinda disappointed

Nous avons pris un latte érable qui n'avait pas du tout goût d'érable ... très décevant mais le gâteau à l'érable était délicieux !

Friendly customer service. They were willing to check their oatmilk's ingredients for my allergens. The flavouring they use for their salted caramel coffee is my favourite so far, & the size was the biggest I've gotten for 5 dollars. Would recommend.

Les étoiles sont attribuées en fonction de la qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture, des formules adaptées pour un service rapide, & de la serveuse d'une gentillesse & d'un professionnalisme remarquables que j'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer cet été. Mon désir de revenir était principalement dû à son excellent service. Cependant, aucune étoile ne peut être accordée à l'expérience de service que j'ai vécue ce matin. Il est rare de rencontrer une telle nonchalance dans le service client. Le monsieur en charge était manifestement peu aimable, donnant l'impression que nous le dérangions. De plus, les éléments sur la facture ne correspondaient pas à ce que nous avions commandé (& je ne suis pas pointilleuse). Cela a clairement altéré mon expérience. Je ne prévois pas de revenir si je risque d'être servi par cette personne, car un tel niveau de service à la clientèle est tout simplement désagréable.
