This is so sad. My husband & I have loved this place for a long time but we were thoroughly disappointed. The barbacoa meat was dry & there was such a small amount in there that all I could taste was the salsa. They put the tiniest amount of cheese & meat but put so much salsa & rice that that's all my burrito tasted like. We also ordered a veggie quesadilla.... There were veggies & the smallest sprinkling of cheese. It fell apart immediately.
The service was ok, staff seemed stressed & confused.
I am not giving a bad review to be rude, I'm just disappointed with the food considering we have always enjoyed the food here.

We were disappointed with our experience. We ordered a honey chili burrito bowl & grilled chicken tacos. When assembling there tacos, they took the chicken from the same bin as the honey chili chicken when they should have been coming from a different bin. I only realized when we tasted it that they were both the same grilled chicken. We were also disappointed that when choosing the toppings for the burrito bowl, we were told we could only choose 4 items, I could not believe that even cheese is considered a topping & we chose lettuce, cheese, pickled onions & corn & then we couldn't even add tomatoes because we had no more choice of toppings left over. I hope management realizes that their competition do not limit the number of choices when it comes to burrito assembly. Other competitors in the area offer more for a cheaper price. Another point of criticism that I hope they consider changing is that the toppings do not look fresh, the tomatoes looked old & the coleslaw also looked a few days old. We found the prices to be too high but would not return more because the ingredients were not fresh & we felt cheated that we asked for honey chili chicken & paid more for that ingredient & they have us grilled chicken.
