Visuellement, les pâtisseries donnent une impression de travail bâclé : finitions approximatives, présentation peu soignée & manque évident de précision dans l'exécution.

Au niveau du goût, c'est malheureusement encore plus faible. Les saveurs manquent de profondeur & d'équilibre, avec des associations qui semblent mal maîtrisées. Le sucre prend souvent le dessus sans réelle construction aromatique derrière, ce qui donne des produits assez plats & peu raffinés pour une pâtisserie pourtant simple d'exécution

Les gérants sont adorables :) Très bon latte glacé tiramisu mais surtout DÉLICIEUX CHOUX !! Gros coup de coeur pour le citron / basilic !!

(Le praliné & le vanille sont également plus que validés).
