On a testé les choux tiramisu & vanille. Le tiramisu était un peu en dessous de mes attentes au niveau du goût, d'où les 4 étoiles. En revanche, celui à la vanille était excellent. Les choux sont frais, pas trop sucrés, & les saveurs sont naturelles : on goûte le vrai tiramisu & la vraie vanille, pas des arômes artificiels. On reviendra sans hésiter pour essayer les parfums pistache & vanille.

Excellente adresse de choux sur Montréal ! Je m'y suis réfugié un jour où j'avais oublié mon parapluie & je me suis régalé. J'y retourne régulièrement depuis, avec l'avenue mont royal piétonne c'est hyper agréable. Mention spéciale au chou vanille qui est excellent. Les saveurs se renouvellent de temps en temps, hâte de voir débarquer un chou purement au café 😋 bref allez y les yeux fermés pour une petite pause sucrée (& un thé glacé avec ces chaleurs 😉)

My new favourite spot in le Plateau for a treat. The flavours are incredible! My favourites are the citron, fraise vanille & tiramachou, but I've tried everything on the menu & love everything. Have been three times since their opening 🤩

Les gérants sont adorables :) Très bon latte glacé tiramisu mais surtout DÉLICIEUX CHOUX !! Gros coup de coeur pour le citron / basilic !!

(Le praliné & le vanille sont également plus que validés).

Le concept est intéressant & original. La pâte à chou est bonne, mais la garniture n'est pas vraiment à la hauteur. Le chou vanille goûte l'arôme artificiel, la pistache aussi. Le citron basilic ne possède pas la promesse herbacée. Les choux chocolat & praliné sont meilleurs, mais il reste un goût de crème très prononcé une fois terminé.
