Ils sont très jolis & donnent envie! Coup de coeur sur les parfums citron, vanille & praliné.

Le chou pistache ne se sent pas, c'est un parfum habituellement difficile a bien obtenir alors sans grande surprise.
Le reste est correct.

Je pense qu'il est préférable de manger le chou sur le pouce sur place la prochaine fois! J'ai mangé de meilleurs choux, mais ils sont prometteurs.

Trop bon ! Ces petits choux sont vraiment très bons, plus particulièrement celui à la vanille, le praliné & le citron basilic. Le chou est bien garni/généreux & la crème de qualité (ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé une aussi bonne crème). Ils sont aussi de bonne taille (pas trop petit, pas trop gros non plus). Ils sont bien dosés/équilibrés en sucre, juste ce qu'il faut. Hâte de découvrir de nouvelles recettes/saveurs!

I had many similar pastry places all over the world & I even made them myself in a French bakery in Paris. The ones here are not the best. Not exactly sure why but the taste & the texure is off. I tried 4 kinds & all are mediocar.

La personne derrière le comptoir pas du tout accueillante & non chalante, aucune discussion... J'ai juste pris un café glacé celui ci était bon tout de même, leur packaging est également beau.

Friendly staff, affordable price, but the condition of the pastries should be check more carefully.
I bought vanilla & one made with almonds, call praline I think. The vanilla was good. However, the cream filling in the praline had turned sour & showed signs of fermentation
