J'y suis allé pour la 1ere fois hier. Ma salade de betteraves était excellente. Les frites délicieuses & le plat de kefta qui était correct. Cest vrai que c'est assez bruyant mais bon, ca mets de la vie! Un service impeccable avec Alex qui a ete attentionné & a l'écoute. Le vin était bon & bien accordé J'ai aimé mon expérience, a refaire pour bientot 😀

I recently dined at Motel Ontario & unfortunately found the experience to be quite underwhelming. The food, while presented with an air of sophistication in its naming, ultimately fell short in both quality & value.
To start, the beef dish I ordered was overcooked & nearly inedible, consisting of only four small slices for $34, accompanied by a generous portion of fries. Given the price, I expected much more. I even opted to return the dish due to its unsatisfactory state.
The'Longe de porc façon jambon' was another disappointment. It consisted of two slices of ham topped with a hefty amount of goat cheese. While the dish was serviceable, the accompanying endive salad, which was merely endive with large slices of beetroot, felt bland & uninspired.
On a positive note, the dessert options-churros & Reine Elizabeth-were genuinely enjoyable, showcasing a higher level of culinary execution wondering if it comes to another place.
The ambiance of the restaurant was noisy, detracting from the overall experience. The furnishings were standard & did little to elevate the setting, & given the high prices, I expected a more memorable atmosphere.
Lastly, the service was disappointingly slow, which further diminished my dining experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed & would not recommend this establishment based on my experience.
Bons plats, prix honnêtes & super ambiance. Un endroit qui revitalise ce coin de la rue Ontario. On aurait voulu un peu plus de produits de la mer au menu (tartare ou crudo) mais ce qu'on a mangé était très bon. Mention spéciale pour les côtes levées & aubergines frites & le superbe gâteau aux carottes. On aurait pris un peu plus de pêches & de mozza dans la salade de tomates, qui n'était quasiment que des tomates mais elle était bonne !
Suis retournée récemment & petit bémol sur le vin au verre....alors qu'on a versé dans mon verre le reste d'une bouteille de vin orange (macération) disons que ce n'était plus du vin mais seulement de la macération....après avoir demandé au serveur de changer, la nouvelle bouteille était exquise. Ça ne se sert pas vraiment le fond de bouteille d'un vin orange avec plein de dépots.....
À partir de notre arrivée jusqu'à ce qu'on quitte on s'est senti vraiment apprécié!!! Les serveurs passe à tour de rôle sans se soucier si c'est leur table ou pas pour nous demander si tout allait bien. Le menu, WoW!!! Ce qu'on a mangé WoW!!! Terrine, salade César, côte de porc & tifflet, WoW!!! Je recommande
Première fois le 26 octobre! Très jolie & très bon! Les plats sont gourmets & variés la salade Cesar est particulièrement bonne. Parcontre après quelques remarques condescendante du serveur l'ambiance a souffert légèrement. Somme toute une belle expérience! À réessayer :)
Très belle expérience. Beau décor, propre. Mets à partager (ou non). Cuisine excellente. Serveur très attentionné. J'y retournerai. Nous avons pris: pogos, salade tomates, fromage & pêches, frites & côtes levées. Comme dessert: le pouding chômeur & le gâteau carottes. Un délice. Bravo! Went here for dinner with a friend & we were impressed by the service & especially the food. Their menu has a few dishes showcasing seasonal ingredients: get the summer salad while you can!
Un gros wow pour les aubergines panées avec sa sauce au yaourt & cumin. La salade de saison avec pêches de l'Ontario était délectable. Service impeccable. On y retourne évidemment
Nouveau restaurant, belle ambiance, décoration épurée! Le service était agréable, les cocktails & les choix de vin très intéressant! La nourriture très bonne avec de belles présentations, la salade du moment avec les pêches étaient succulentes tout comme la focaccia maison :) Vraiment satisfaite de mon expérience dans ce petit bar à vin qui vient tout juste d'ouvrir !! Comment je pourrais bien vous dire ça.. j'ai tout aimé. Du decor mid-century / retro- moderne en passant par les serveur•ses en chemise hawaïenne ish jusqu'aux plats savoureux que l'on nous a offert. Je me suis même fermé les yeux à un certain moment pour apprécier à sa juste valeur la bouchée parfaite de foccacia grillée & de rillette sucrée/salée. Gros coup de coeur aussi pour la salade saison qui était completement divine. J'ai un peu moins aimé les pilons de poulet mais c'est une question de goût. Pour ce qui est des parpadelles fraiches, elle etaient malheureusement overcooked, mais la sauce, quoi qu'un peu salé, nous faisais oublier ce détail. Enfin, un resto de ce type dans le quartier. Merci !
