Recently dined at Montreal Paella & it was a paella lover's dream. The paella was a flavor explosion with perfectly cooked rice & a delightful mix of seafood & chicken. (I had the Mixta paella) But let's talk about those croquetas-crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, & so addictive I couldn't stop eating.
