Amazing food & excellent service! Sandeep & Rayan were both incredibly welcoming & made us feel right at home. The food was fresh, delicious, & full of flavor. They treated us with kindness & made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Sandeep & Rayan!

Called once they couldnt hear me. Issue with their phones. Left me there 10 min had to hang up can they just left the phone there...
Tried to call for 30 min & then 1 hour later after. no one closed the phone was still ringing busy.
Called about 2 weeks later. No one ever pick up. I get to the'Memory is full enter remote access code'
Called about 1 month after that....(now between 8:45Pm 10:30PM)

Does food taste good ? Apparently.... But if its as clean as their practice which usually go in pair. Probably saver that way... Flavor may hide slop but slop may not hide that they do bad practice. Wouldnt recommend. In general food shops that lazy the phone handle cash & food without washing.

Food is ok. Prices are good. You get your food pretty fast.

Unfortunately, I've had some so-so experiences with the food on a few occasions & that's why I can only give this place 3 stars.

One time I ordered a 2x chicken legs bowl. When I received my food in the bag, the bag felt a lot lighter than usual. So I opened up everything & I found the bowl was like 1/3 empty. So they definitely didn't give me enough rice &/or fries. I actually had to go back to the counter & show them & ask for some more rice.

The worst thing that has happened is 3 times now the chicken legs have been burnt. I know the chicken legs are precooked & they just put them on the grill to give them some color & extra flavor. Either the person grilling is not paying attention or they don't clean the grill very often, but 3 times now the chicken legs I've received have been burnt. The meat under the skin is fine, but the skin is definitely burnt because when I eat it there is a distinct burnt bitter flavor. It's not always like this, most of the time it's not burnt, but sometimes it is.

Had an amazing experience at Monterio LaSalle! The food was fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the service was friendly & attentive. Highly recommend this place,definitely coming back!
