Absolute disrespect. It makes good food tastes disgusting.

I called in advance to know if they were selling ribs & they said yes but they didn't. I came at 11:00 p.m. to relax speaking with my friend.

Trying to order was a freaking nightmare because she didn't understand any basic language that I know. She kept getting my order wrong.

The guy was even worse. You should start working at a bar if he wants to have an ambiance where it's impossible to speak to each other without screaming. He kept putting super loud music. I told them five times that I have a headache & to please put it at a decent volume, as loud as a voice, so I could relax.

It closed it when I asked & then he put it back even louder. I felt jerk around & completely disrespected.

& then they tell me that they close sooner than advertised. If I had known I would have went somewhere else.

& then she tried to claim that I never called & that I only asked to lower the music twice not 5 times. As if the number of times that the disrespected me matteted more than the actual disrespect. Disgusting.

My voice to text translator caught what I told them:

I asked you several times to not put the music too loud because my head hurts I don't feel respected here I didn't even ask you to close it only to put it at a decent level next time I'm going to go somewhere else.

& when they claimed that they have vegetables it's barely salad. It's not feeling like broccoli & carrots. Like Asian restaurants.

I actually bought two meals because I was not able to choose & a dessert. I told her that it was to eat here & that I will take the leftover home. She put it in a bag...

English is very easy you should not work in customer service if you're not able to speak & understand! At least work in the kitchen not as a cashier. It doesn't matter to me where you come from only that you don't make me regret coming there. I regret encouraging you with my money. All I wanted was a place to relax & you couldn't even do that.
