J'avais commencer sur DoorDash après une opération ou je ne pouvais pas conduire (logiquement) il on mis de la sauce épicer au lieux de BBQ après avoir contacter DoorDash il ne pouvais rien faire donc j'ai appeller le restaurant & il pourrais en faire un nouveau mais je doit conduire jusqu'à là-bas. J'y vais car il faut bien manger. J'arrive à la maison pas de sauce fromagère par de ma viande en extra que j'avais commencer & de la sauce BBQ à couler partout ! L'erreur est humaine 100% mais si vous savez pas comment bien faire les chose demander se l'aide.Voir plus

Les tacos sont très radins si vous voulez un tacos digne de la taille d'un tacos français prenez la taille L. Le plus petit tacos à le prix d'un tacos de luxe. 9$ pour un tacos de la taille d'une gaufre ? & aussi évitez les frites à la sauce fromagère.Voir plus

Be careful with the prices. Every condiment is extra but they don't tell you until you get the shocking bill! $11.99 for a student special but after you a pickle, pepper, beans etc... turns too $19.00 + taxes!Voir plus

J'ai essayée cette place suite au commentaire de mon fils qui regarde tiktok..tacos sans goût ça ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. On a essayer c'est fait mais n'y retournerons pas.Voir plus

Disclaimer: Please don't send any hate to the staff or parties working there. I am just reviewing on the opinions of others & my point of view. Came here on a Friday evening on November, 2022 & will never come back here. Here's my reasons. Their food is alright & decent for my liking. A little bit pricey for my budget though. The problem is the BUSY nights especially since they are in front of the Place Bell. There are people with families & they are hogging the tables for too long or they sit down while someone is ordering. How rude. Most customers don't respect the time limit for other customers to sit well most to say the least. It should be 20-25 minutes especially if there's a lot of people not 45 minutes or more. Also one of their washrooms is down when we're there that night. They have 2 washrooms though. So they need to fix that & make it cleaner & better. The service here is nice but slow at times especially if there is a major hockey game & or event at Place Bell. I saw other customers that are trying to tell the cooks to hurry up & make it faster. When I heard that. I could see that they were working as hard as they can to please them & make sandwiches on time. As for me I took my time since I know if I was in the shoes of the cooks. So I did not complain about that part. I wanted to complain to that one guy who forgot my fries because I ate with someone & I ordered a combo with my sandwhich. Also it said on the sticker two fries but maybe he forgot. I wanted to ask about that but decided not too because I can see that they are streesed & can see that they are tired & rushing at the same time. Because there was a lot of people before the hockey game. It is okay though. They did what they did. All in all the customer service is nice but I may never come back here especially on busy nights to this location because to me service is always important & that is way better than the food.
