Never again... Ordered delivery. Ordered 2 chicken pita plate received 2 chicken brochettes no pita & it was lukewarm at best. Greek potatoes no flavor. Ordered large calamari. Arrived soggy, lukewarm & tough to eat with no flavor at all. Salad was dry with cheap store bought italian dressing on the side. For $50 I ended up throwing half of it out. Super disappointed. I wont order from there again.
I ordered by phone directly from the restaurant & I called the restaurant to complain but I had received my order at 10:02 & when I called they said the restaurant was closed & they may be able to offer me a $5 credit but they'd have to talk to the owner & get back to me & no one did.

I celebrated my birthday at Monkland Grill yesterday with a group of about 20 people, & we had such a wonderful & cozy time. I had made a reservation a few days in advance, & the restaurant was fully prepared to welcome us. The staff was incredibly attentive & made us feel very special throughout the evening.

We ordered mostly pizzas, & everything was absolutely delicious. They also allowed us to bring our own wine & the birthday cake, which made the celebration even more personal & enjoyable. All of our guests were very happy with the experience.

Overall, it was a truly lovely evening, & I'm grateful for the great service & warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Food. Low end, low quality, not always fresh or consistent.

Service. Average to slow. Somewhat friendly.

Atmosphere. Average, family restaurant style not a place for a date.

Overall I have eaten here multiple times over the years & it's been a hit or miss. Pizza has been good, to average, to outright horrible. This applies to other dishes as well. I will it go into every dish experienced as it's the same story & given pizza is supposed to be their speciality you can imagine the other dishes.

Pricing can be reasonable, however when you factor in the poor quality of food & taste it then comes out to be a costly mistake of your time & money.

Bottom line I will not return & there is far too many better alternatives.

Great restaurant with an extremely diverse menu. I got the pizza québécoise & it was great. Their poutine was really amazing & all their pizzas are great. I highly recommend checking this little spot out if you're nearby. Service was amazing very kind staff. Very nice, calm atmosphere too. I had a great time.

My only gripe, well not really, is that the portions are huge. I had enough left over for dinner the next night. I highly recommend Monkland Grill.

I ordered the spaghetti au gratin. The menu says'Meat bolognese sauce, parmesan, pepperoni, mushroom, bell peppers'. It came with no pepperoni, no mushroom, no bell peppers. Just spaghetti bolognese with cheese.
