Had a reservation for 7pm, at 8:40pm when we went to order a 3rd drink (every round took about 30min to come out) they told us that there was a 1h45 limit on the tables so we had to go. Decor is cool but very disappointing experience & wouldn't recommend. Service was very slow & poor.
You're really just paying for the vibe here, not the quality or taste of the food.
The music was good & our server was nice, but everything else was disappointing. We had a reservation for 7 people at 9pm, & while eating, the restaurant slowly started letting people in to stand around & drink. It was super uncomfortable having people standing right next to our table while we were trying to have dinner.
On top of that, a lot of items on the menu weren't available, including sushi, which was one of the main reasons we came.
The food we did get was just mid at best, definitely not worth the price.
Great music, but not somewhere I'd come back to eat.

I had a reservation for 10h30,they kept me outside for 45mn.
Once inside I waited for another 20mn before having my 20$ drink that was nasty.
Also very small inside.
Super belle expérience!
J'avais aucune idée où on allait (c'était une surprise de la part de mon amoureux). Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place j'ai été surprise par le lieux & l'ambiance.
Quoi dire du menu ? Il est super pour la thématique de ce resto : Hawaï. Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part de Lisa.
On y retournerait sans hésiter =)

Im not one to leave bad review.. But yeah this time I will. They mixed up our orders, we asked for wine & we canceled it cause we had finished eating & it hasn't arrived yet. The food was good but the service ? Meh they were nice but like it was ok. For the prices of everything u was qaiting for a bit more than that. Like the manager was seating beside us, talking to his friends instead of idk managing the place. Like i said the food was good its the rest that was borderline mediocre.

Speakeasy incroyable à Montréal. Un lieu insolite avec des cocktails recherchés préparés par un vrai mixologue. Un must si vous voulez sortir sur Crescent !
Très belle place, faut être sur d'arriver à l'heure sur la réservation car c'est vraiment un espace intime … un vrai speakeasy… Wylan le propriétaire était accueillant & attentif avec nous & tout les clients … 5 étoiles
1ere fois au canada & le Mona restera comme l'adresse que je conseillerai à mes amis! coktails 10/10 musique 10/10 & ambiance au top! ça fait du bien de couper avec les clubs parisiens
Superbe experience au Mona Loa. Le lieu est atypique & très beau, on se croirait hors de la ville. Cocktails originaux & travaillés, je conseille fortement cet endroit à Montreal !
