Only two waitresses & no bus boy/girl for the whole restaurant on a packed Saturday night. They were definitely understaffed, you feel bad for the workers…management should do something! Our orders took 30-40 min each time. When asked to change the grill, the waitress didn't have any spare ones…we had to cook in a burnt grill. I honestly lost my appetite. This is my last time at this location.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la promotion du Lundi-familles où c'était gratuit pour nos enfants. Cela a fait une bonne différence sur la facture. L'ambiance & la bouffe étaient bonnes & le staff aimable. Ils ont eu plus de clients que prévu & des délais plus longs mais ils ont bien gérer ça en gardant une bonne attitude.
The food was amazing, & the female server was very kind, but the service on a Friday night was quite disorganized. She seemed overwhelmed & said she would come back to turn on the grill, but never did. We had to press the call button three times before anyone came.
When a male staff member finally arrived, he was a bit snobbish. We only started grilling about 30 minutes after being seated. We also asked for samjang, which was forgotten & only brought after I reminded the server while she was attending another table. Some dishes even arrived after we had already paid the bill.
Overall, the food quality was excellent, but having only two servers on a fully booked Friday night is clearly not enough. Better staffing would really improve the experience.
Nous avons très bien mangé ! Le service est rapide & très bien expliqué quand on ne connait pas le concept, la viande est de qualité parfaite ! Boeuf, porc & galette de Kimchi top !
The waitress was very nice & the place is very cute. The meat itself was nice but everything else was bad. If you appreciate Korean food, you'll be disappointed with the side dishes. The rice was mushy & the seasoning was off for everything.
