Went for the first time with a good friend! Was told from a few people this place was good! I agree 👌🏼 Saturday service is All you can eat only vs à la carte, we didn't feel rushed or crowded! Atmosphere chill , but maybe too quiet? Definitely relaxing ☺? You can actually hear your friends chat 🤣 good selection of meats & veggies, only thing we found the cut of pork belly a bit thinner than we're used to, still tasty! Will be going back 💗
It was our first time trying Korean BBQ & we were very disappointed, the food was mediocre & flavorless, items from our order got forgotten, we had to ask several times for them & finally it was the bus boy / food runner that got them for us. The service was not impressive, not once did we get asked if everything was ok. We had high hopes but sadly we will never be returning here...not to mention we smelled horrible walking out of there.
J'avoue avoir été charmé par cette place. La nourriture est vraiment très goûteuse & le service est vraiment efficace. Je reviendrai! Un service à volonté qui vaut la peine!
On était a ami K BBQ a notre arrivée il y avait pas de place on nous a demandé d attendre jusque la pas de problème mais a ma grande surprise tous ceux qui sont arrivés derrière nous la serveuse les faisait entrer , jai du me plaindre a une autre serveuse pour qu'on nous fasse entrer & une fois assise avoir la carte menu c'était une autre bataille on devait courrir après la serveuse. Excusez moi mais j'espère que ce nest pas du racisme car nous demandé d attendre & ensuite nous ignorer en faisant entrer des personnes derrière nous ca ma tellement choqué. & je ne reviendrai plus .
We had a reservation for early afternoon, but it still took a long time for us to receive our food from the overwhelmed & confused waitress who tried to blame the delay on us not having a reservation.
When we got our food, it wasn't what we had actually ordered, & we had to wait longer for that to be corrected. It was decent, at least, but nothing special.
The drinks took even longer, & were extremely watered down (worst drink I've had in a restaurant by far, especially for the price).
Overall, it wasn't worth it & very expensive for a mediocre experience & average food.
The worse service experience, I went without reservation, the waitress told me they were full, when I left, I checked if I found a reservation available, & I got it, when I came back, the same waitress with the worse attitude told me that don't do that because she told me not have an spot, I said: if I found a reservation, it supposed to have the table available, she told me not to argue with her, that I have to leave just to explain my point.
