It was our first time trying Korean BBQ & we were very disappointed, the food was mediocre & flavorless, items from our order got forgotten, we had to ask several times for them & finally it was the bus boy / food runner that got them for us. The service was not impressive, not once did we get asked if everything was ok. We had high hopes but sadly we will never be returning here...not to mention we smelled horrible walking out of there.

Most nasty place ever, feel sick after eating here what is the chef cooking 🤢 I've tried Korean food before & it was nothing like this honestly definitely won't eat here again & the staff are very rude make you wait over 10 mins before they seat you chicken was not cooked well tasted like rubbe

I've been wanting to try this spot with my fiancée, & this evening we went for our first time.

As we arrived, nobody came to welcome us despite a reservation so we just sat on an empty table. The waitress asked us to get back up & go to the entrance so she can seat us on the other side (this was a bit awkward of a response), but we did & were sat eventually elsewhere.

We ordered through the QR code, & waited 25 minutes for our first set of order, & the rest came after another 15 minutes. Let's just say the service was extremely slow & our patience was tested. We even called her a few times as she passed by but she would ignore us then come back to us after some time. I believe she was stressed working alone on a nearly full capacity restaurant. I think the management should have had at least 2-3 waitresses working in parallel as I've also heard other tables unhappy. I was going to give no tips for this service but I gave her 15% because she was honest. I wouldn't come back, there are far better Korean BBQ spots in town that have quick service, & the food here wasn't unique.

My first time having Korean Food & experiencing personal in-restaurant cooking. The Staff were very Welcoming & Helpful. Took the time to answer all my questions & explain how everything works. I was there for the AYCE & I Totally Enjoyed!! The Experience, The Food, The Service......All Excellent!! Will Definitely Be Going Back! Need to try the a-la-Carte next!! Can't Wait!!
