Honnêtement j'ai pas trop aimé mon expérience aujourd'hui. La bouffe était vraiment pas si authentique que ça… ça goûtait un peu weird honnêtement.
Mais le pire c'était le service. Y avait un serveur grand, assez costaud, qui passait tout son temps à jaser avec une autre serveuse. Pendant ce temps moi j'attendais… personne venait. J'avais clairement besoin de quelque chose mais il me regardait même pas.
Expérience vraiment mauvaise:
Bouffe: beaucoup de gras sur les viandes, beaucoup de stock épuisé.
Service: simplement aucun. On a demandé 2 fois un plat, on ne l'a jamais reçu. Les assiettes n'étaient pas desservi (ils ont même donnés notre crème glacée dans nos mains parce que pas de place sur la table...& ils n'ont rien enlevé en quittant!). On a reçu nos rondelles d'oignon environ 45 minutes tard, après le dessert... Longue attente & aucun service en français.
Environnement: les autres tables n'étaient pas desservi non plus quand les clients quittaient, & il faisait super froid malgré la chauffrette qui a été mis derrière nous.
Propreté: Un des serveurs a roté vraiment fort pas très loin de nous, & on l'a vu se fouiller dans le nez. J'ose même pas penser ce qui se fait derrière en cuisine.
Bref, payé 50$+ pour ce souper ne vaut pas la peine.
(P.S - Dommage car nous étions allé à Montréal avec cette chaîne & nous avions adoré notre expérience).
Cela fait 2 fois que j'y vais & a chaque fois je suis agréablement surprise par les prix & la nourriture. Ils n'ont aucun problème a m'accomoder pour mes allergies (pas de poisson dans la kimchi pancake & pas de champignons dans la soupe) & zéro problème. Merci encore! J'ai adoré.

This place is great, we went with the wife a few times & the food is pretty good, the prices are reasonable, the service was perfect for the type of place, never ran out of water.
I had a Bibimbap with bulgogi & I'm always impressed by the size. We also had a kimchi pancake & let me tell you, the SIZE of the thing is shocking, as well as the taste.
Malheureusement, très décevant pour nos attentes, je n'ai rien contre le personnel ils étaient tous gentils & essayaient de leur mieux, mais il y avait clairement un manque de main d'oeuvre. J'ai prit l'option du buffet all you can eat & il y avait beaucoup d'articles manquants dans mes commandes. La bouffe était bonne surtout le boeuf buldogi & les ailes de poulet sucrées.
2 items was ordered through Uber but to my surprise when I received it, it was all wrong. I called the restaurant to ask & let them know what happened but there was no apologies issued & no accountability was presented. Just order from the one in Solar Uniquartier & don't waste your time.
Feb 1 - To reply to the comment, I called around 5:14pm & spoke to two employees. If you don't even remember the call or the problem that happened then that just shows the kind of service this branch has.
Pollo frito coreano delicioso!! Piezas enormes! 56$ por 15 piezas y creo que había comida para 10 personas! El arroz también delicioso. Como fuimos los primeros clientes nos regalaron 3 alitas de pollo fritas. Volveré a probar la barbacoa tambien!
