"I am Vietnamese American and I grew up on pho in Philadelphia. The last time I had pho in Canada ten years ago near Niagara Falls the Canadian side was really bad. This pho was decent it has the pho flavor but is not the best I've ever had. The spring rolls had a good peanut sauce were also just okay. If you want average Vietnamese food it's fair...."
