Great new spot in Montreal! Nice ambiance, the food was absolutely delicious, & everything came out fresh & full of flavor. Our waitress, Ping, was amazing! super friendly, attentive, & made us feel so welcome. She really made the experience even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out!!!

Great experience at the minnibar! Food (carbonara pizzette) was awesome, atmosphere was chill, service was friendly & efficient! Special thank you to Meggie for being so amiable :)!
We came here for dinner before our concert at the Bell Center & loved it! The food was really good, the staff was super nice & the vibe was great. Such a convenient spot to grab dinner & drinks before a show. We'll definitely be back!
Such an amazing experience at Minnibar! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with such a chic, modern atmosphere & a really great vibe.
The food was delicious & beautifully presented, & the cocktails were amazing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, & thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out, though, was the service - everyone was so friendly, attentive, & welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Definitely one of the new spots in Montreal that I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend Minnibar if you're looking for great food, amazing drinks, & a beautiful atmosphere! ✨
I loved the service. The Chef Keanan & his sous chef Aydin explained to me that everything is made in house. I had the Casaracce & my girlfriend & I split the burger. In my opinion the burger was the best in town. The foie gras sauce was incredible. Highly recommend!
went to try with my friend for brunch on saturday afternoon. The space is beautiful ! The dish were aesthetically pleasing. But, some improvements could be made. I took the Lox plate but it was missing flavors, there was no oinions or aneth wich would have add something to the salmon . It was very fade. The place was empty & it took more then half & hour receiving our food.
It's a new place, so of course it's not perfect but if it can help improve some things, good ! 😇
Tried the new Minnibar with a few friends for weekday lunch. Good coffee, decent food, & ok service. But looking at the live DJ booth, it may be more of a hit with the 5 à 7 crowd esp since there aren't too many options in the area.
