Installé au 750 rue Mansfield, dans les Résidences Finale près du Centre Bell, Minnibar propose un concept all-day où café, lunch et assiettes plus élaborées se croisent dans un décor soigné imaginé par Ivy Studio. Au menu : sandwichs, pâtes fraîches, plats plus décadents, et surtout un concept intrigant de pizza omakase, servi au comptoir en format dégustation, qui risque de faire jaser et de plaire à plusieurs.
Minnibar offre une nourriture incroyable et des cocktails superbes dans un cadre moderne et élégant, avec un parking juste devant et un accès au métro à quelques minutes à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse dès l'arrivée. La carte est pensée avec soin, chaque plat est équilibré, savoureux et bien exécuté. Le personnel compétent prend le temps pour expliquer chaque plat, renforçant l'expérience globale. Le décor invite à la détente et incite à prendre le temps de savourer chaque moment et chaque plat. Dans l ensemble Minnibar se démarque par une nourriture et des cocktails excellents, un concept magnifique et une equipe amicale et attentive.
Incredibly beautiful restaurant. Service was impecable. Food was great, i had the burger with the homemade duck fries. & freshly made keylime pie. Congrats to the team.
I'm not a huge fan of Italian food as I go to Italy for work. But WOW! I bow my head to the chef, the team, & the gods. I had the carbonara… the bacon crisp & the right sprinkle of cheese. The cocktail I had was called Mulingitover… get it? Summer cocktail…so fresh! Beautiful decor! Excellent lighting. Hospitable & beautiful crew. From what I gather… years of experience from different restos. I loved it… pointe-finale… go before u gotta wait

This place is what Montreal needed .Open everyday all day ; need a bomb coffee in the morning , a quick lunch or a nice dinner date at 9pm they got you & it's not BS every little ingredient is hand picked I love that concept, Menu has everything you need & more . The staff was really hospitable really on point . Recommend 100% . Thanks for everything I'll be back

Found out about this place by driving by & came for lunch. Their menu is primarily Italian with some Japanese inflections here & there. They have a full kitchen, a good cocktail & wine list, & serve coffee to go as well.
Whenever a new Italian restaurant opens, I like to order carbonara pasta to test their cuisine. It's a simple dish, but one that's shockingly easy to mess up if some small details are sidestepped. Turns out, minnibar's is one of the best I've had. The bucatini is al dente, the egg slurry perfectly creamy & yolky, the guanciale crispy, & the pecorino perfectly judged with freshly cracked pepper to boot. Everything is exactly where it should be, & I highly recommend it.
The waiter was extremely nice & attentive & I felt well cared for (though I should note the restaurant was almost empty when I visited); he explained they opened less than a week ago & are still adjusting their cocktails & some of their menu. The Creamsicle cocktail was tasty & definitely reminded me of its namesake. Surprisingly, it was quite spirit forward; my kind of cocktail, but tastes will differ & some may prefer something sweeter.
I had a very moist carrot cake with white chocolate for dessert (very good, freshly made in their kitchen) & an americano to go which was smooth with no off-notes & no acidic notes. Lastly, the spot is cute with a nice minimalist/modern decor; it's well-located within the Finale apartment building. There's a direct street entrance on Mansfield. I'll definitely be returning.
J'ai eu une très belle expérience au restaurant Minibar. Les serveuses étaient extrêmement bien informées sur le menu & prenaient le temps de bien expliquer chaque plat, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Un autre point très appréciable est la facilité d'accès : il y a du stationnement juste devant le restaurant, & le métro est à seulement cinq minutes de marche, ce qui le rend très pratique.
Le chef Keanan a clairement perfectionné son menu. Chaque plat est réfléchi, savoureux & bien exécuté. On sent la passion & le souci du détail dans chaque bouchée.
Le staff en général était très accueillant & accommodant, ce qui contribue à créer une ambiance chaleureuse dès l'arrivée. Quant au décor, il invite à la détente - on a envie de prendre son temps, de relaxer & de vraiment savourer chaque moment & chaque plat.
Excellent food & cocktails, served in a stunning modern location, conviennent parking across the street & easy metro access. Staff was very friendly & owner Steve was a gracious host
