Cozy authentic restaurant with amazing Vietnamese food.
I love Com tam which the chef choose to use the real broken rice. The starter salad is also mind blowing. The Pho soup also tasty. Cha gio (spring roll) is homemade & delicious as well.
I like the dishes, glasses here, serving like you're in the 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.
They also serve you well & very kind.
Will come back quite often.
Pho broth was skimmed perfectly & taste was clean & delicious. Will return.
A true hidden gem! Every dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, & packed with incredible flavour. From the aromatic pho to the delicious bánh mì & refreshing watermelon salad, everything was outstanding. Friendly service & a welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. Do yourself a favour & support this amazing local family-owned business-you won't be disappointed!
Nothing here is for show, it's simply honest. Minh's warmth out front & Tung's palate in the back meet in a way that feels less like a restaurant & more like being welcomed into their world. Getting to know them has been one of the real joys of this whole experience, & Min.T isn't just a place I eat anymore. It's where my friends are.
Tung trained in French technique, but his palate never left Vietnam, & you taste both in everything he sends out. The tartare is exquisite, precise in a way that takes real skill. The octopus, with its gochujang miso & salsa macha, is bold & perfectly balanced. Even the salads are plated with tweezers, every element placed with intention.
But the pho is where it all comes together. One spoonful & you understand exactly who this chef is. The broth is so deep, so patiently built, that it doesn't need a single garnish. No lime, no hoisin, nothing. Adding anything would feel like doubting the care that already went into it.
Excellent restaurant, super service par Min & Thum (le chef), très beau menu meilleur flanc de porc que j'ai manger bouillon de Pho au poulet délicieux, bravo!!
First experience & not the last. Great decor, friendly owners & the Pho was tasty. Their beets salad was succulent.
I tried Min.T last night,it's one of the best Vietnamese spots I've been to in Montreal. The pho was absolutely incredible - rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, & generous portions. The sauce-coated pork bones were unforgettable too: tender, juicy, & packed with flavor. You can really tell the food is made with care & authenticity.
Small place, cozy atmosphere, & seriously delicious food. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended if you love Vietnamese cuisine!
This is an excellent little restaurant in this part of town! The atmosphere has a great, upscale'bougie' vibe, & both the service & cleanliness are absolutely top-notch.
However, the food itself fell slightly short of expectations. I ordered the pork ribs, & unfortunately, they were overwhelmingly salty. The zesty pickled onions served on the side helped balance it out a bit, but the salt level was still too high.
I also tried the pho. The regular portion was on the smaller side, & while the broth had some decent underlying bone flavor, it was ultimately quite bland. It also didn't come with the usual fresh garnishes you would expect, like bean sprouts, lime, Thai basil, or culantro.
Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the wonderful service & beautiful setting, but the flavors could definitely use some refinement.
Lovely little restaurant in Lasalle. We ordered the Pho Ga, the porkbelly & noodle dish. All really delicious. Very friendly staff & very clean. All three dishes were very good & I'll definitely order again.
