Min.T, dans notre cœur, est une extension de notre salle à manger où nous servons ce que nous aimons manger à la maison, dans la rue ici et là, et dans des contrées lointaines lors de nos voyages.
Né au Vietnam, notre menu reflète nos plats vietnamiens préférés de tous les temps, ainsi que ce qui nous inspire et nous influence. Nous aimons mélanger les meilleurs ingrédients que le Québec a à offrir avec des herbes vietnamiennes et de la sauce de poisson, des Jangs coréens et du gochugaru, du tamarin et de la citronnelle thaïlandais, du miso et du saké japonais, pour ne nommer que ceux-là, afin de créer une harmonie entre quelque chose de familier et d’agréablement différent.
Passez pour un bol rapide et réconfortant de Pho ou restez pour vous détendre entre amis et en famille autour d’un dîner de plats à partager. Le choix vous appartient.
Min.T apparaît comme un joyau caché à Lasalle, un petit endroit chaleureux et impeccablement propre. Les avis admirent l'accueil convivial, le service attentif et une ambiance cosy idéale pour une soirée entre amis ou en famille. La carte mêle pho généreux, banh mi croustillants et bols variés, avec des options végétariennes et des desserts qui valorisent les ingrédients frais. Les bouillons de pho sont souvent décrits comme riches et réconfortants, certains les jugeant parmi les meilleurs de Montréal, même si quelques commentaires soulignent un bouillon un peu plus léger et un rapport prix des apéritifs par rapport au plat principal. La présentation soignée et l'attention portée à la cuisine et à la propreté renforcent l'impression d'une expérience faite avec amour; le personnel est souvent qualifié d'exceptionnel et l'endroit est régulièrement recommandé comme une belle découverte à Lasalle. Dans l'ensemble, Min.T donne envie d'y revenir pour explorer le menu et tester d'autres plats, ce qui en fait une adresse à ne pas manquer.
Lovely little restaurant in Lasalle. We ordered the Pho Ga, the porkbelly & noodle dish. All really delicious. Very friendly staff & very clean. All three dishes were very good & I'll definitely order again.
A very cute restaurant, hidden in Lasalle. We had a lovely moment at this place, the restaurant is small but very cozy & welcoming.
We took some appetizers & they had vegetarian options for the main meal, which was great. Very good in taste & generous portion for the main meal. The mocktail was also delicious!
The only thing negative for us was the disproportionate prices between the appetizers & the main dish. The tuna tartare was 20$ & the octopus 15$ & they came in pretty small portion (especially the octopus) - this was the same price as the pho (19$ for a large) & the salad (16$) which were very very filling. Everything was very good & I don't doubt it is quality ingredient, but if we go back we will skip the appetizers.

Best pho I've ever had. The smell alone was so fresh & comforting. I 100% recommend ithonestly, I don't see myself going anywhere else for pho now. The place is spotless, which really matters to me, & the service was top tier. The lady was incredibly kind. Can't wait to go back.
Such a cute hidden gem in an unexpected spot. Everything is new, very clean, & the service is excellent.
The coffee & tea were delicious, but the spring roll was incredible honestly the best I've ever had 🔥. Pho was very good (could use a bit of lime or mint ), & the cheesecake had a great texture & mouthfeel.
Highly recommend supporting this small local business. Cozy, modern interior & parking available.
Had a great experience at this cozy hidden gem. The server & chef were very friendly, attentive & accommodating. The restaurant itself is very clean & well presented.
I got the regular portion Pho bo; which I found pretty filling. It was served with a flat/wide noodle that I thought really helped grab the broth as you eat. Also, I tried the shredded chicken Banh mi. The ingredients were loaded very generously & I found the baguette to be the perfect balance of crunchy to soft & chewy. I found the house chili to be really good without overpowering the dish so don't be shy when using it. Overall I find myself easily coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Just tried my local new pho restaurant!!! VERY VERY VERY GOOD !!!!! The place is cosy & very clean ! Soup is amazing! Everyone in LaSalle should support this restaurant 👌❤?
Its probably the best Vietnamese restaurant ive ever visited.

The pho broth really surprised me, the freshness of the ingredients was wonderful. The spring roll was delicious, the beet salad was huge & flavorful. The biggest hit for me was the tuna, spice to perfection. The girl that served us was very sweet. I will definitely be going back
We found Min. T Pho on Google while driving home from work on a rainy, traffic-jam evening, & it turned out to be the perfect choice! This was our first time trying this restaurant, & it completely lived up to the great reviews. The pho was amazing - rich, flavorful broth, generous portions, & lots of fresh cilantro! 🥰
The atmosphere is cozy & beautifully decorated, giving a warm & homey vibe. You can tell the owner has great taste. My husband & I both agreed this is the best pho we've had in Montreal so far. Highly recommended - absolutely deserves a 5-star rating!
We passed by 1hr before close & asked if it was okay that we dined-in. With a smile we were encouraged to sit & eat!
The menu has great choices to choose from, something for everyone to try. I ordered the Chicken Banh mi & the Com Tam, my partner ordered the large Pho bo.
Portions were good & taste was phenomenal. Each bite is as good as the last. It's obvious that there is a high attention to detail in every dish!
Specifically the fresh Banh mi was top notch. Best I've had in MTL.
Service was delightful, made us feel right at home.
Decor is minimalistic & tasteful, something you definitely don't see in this area.
Without hesitation, I'd recommend anyone & everyone to give Min.T a try as it is the true definition of a hidden gem here in Lassalle.

We had dinner at Min.T in Lasalle last night, & it completely exceeded our expectations! My partner, our two kids (5 & 2), & I dined in for supper, & everything from the food to the service was perfect. I don't think any review will do it justice.
We ordered the Banh Mi (crispy pork), which was absolutely delicious. The lacquered pork ribs, honestly, the best ever! The Pho Bo was pure comfort, rich, fragrant, & perfectly balanced. The broth tasted slow-simmered with layers of flavour, & every spoonful felt soothing. & the Kimchi Korean dish that hit all the right notes. We also had two amazing mocktails. We tried all three desserts. The fruit tartelette was our favourite, followed by the chocolate cake & cheesecake brûlée. Every single item was incredible & made us want to try the entire menu.
It's not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. You can tell right away that the ingredients are fresh & that a lot of care goes into every dish. The flavours are balanced & vibrant, & the presentation is beautiful. Even though it's a small family-run place, the service was so smooth, & there was practically no waiting for anything, which is a big plus when you have little ones.
The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, & modern, & it's clear they pay attention to every detail. It's close to home for us, & we're so happy to have found this gem in Lasalle. We'll definitely be coming back. (again & again & again!)
Unfortunately the broth was very underwhelming , I was looking forward to having a pho restaurant in lassalle. they should honestly do something about the broth I don't even think it's bone broth

This review is coming from a good place I truly want this pho spot to succeed as LaSalle is truly indeed of one however I'm giving a honest review to improve based off my experience.
After reading all the positive reviews on Google & Facebook, I decided to give this place a try. I've had my fair share of pho & bánh mì, so I was hopeful-but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype.
I ordered the chicken pho & chicken bánh mì, & I was quite disappointed. The pho came with shredded chicken breast, which I found underwhelming-pho gà is typically much better with grilled chicken or more flavorful cuts of chicken. Worse, the broth tasted off; it lacked the depth & richness that defines a good pho. Something was definitely missing.
As for the bánh mì, it was just as underwhelming-dry & lacking the balance of flavors & textures that make the sandwich so special.
I strongly urge the owner to visit some pho spots in downtown Montreal to get a sense of the standard & quality customers expect.
The only item I truly enjoyed was the spring rolls, which were fresh & flavorful-this is the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
C'est très rare que je fasse des reviews sur Google, mais ce restaurant mérite une exception. Nous avions déjà commandé à ce restaurant par Uber Eats plusieurs fois & nous n'étions pas déçus. Ça faisait plusieurs mois qu'on se disait qu'on devrait essayer de manger sur place & c'est ce qui est arrivé hier. Je vous préviens, nous avons eu un choc! La décoration, très minimaliste, rien d'extravagant, mais très confortable.
La nourriture … La nourriture … c'est juste WOW! Le tartare sur le riz était bien balancé, savoureux, PARFAITEMENT épicé, le riz croquant, WOW! Le crudo explosait de saveurs dans la bouche avec le poisson tellement tendre & la sauce remplies de saveur. Le flanc de porc avec les crevettes, je n'ai pas de mot pour dire comment c'était délicieux. La sauce & la compote aux pêches étaient magnifiques, si j'avais été à la maison, j'aurais liché l'assiette! Les desserts délicieux, copieux & tous les mots positifs qui existent! Le service était très personnel & le chef qui venait nous voir, c'était une belle surprise, même une agréable surprise qu'une équipe de 2 personnes font un service extraordinaire comme eux. Ce restaurant est LA PERLE RARE de LaSalle & nous devons TOUT faire pour qu'il reste ouvert longtemps. Vous ne connaissez pas la place, je vous recommande FORTEMENT d'y aller. Vous connaissez la place, retournez autant de fois que vous y pouvez. Pour ma part, je viens de trouver mon restaurant préféré! Les photos ne donnent pas assez de justice à ce que nous avons dégusté hier à ce restaurant. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter! Voilà, un des rares reviews que je fais & ils méritent la note de 10/5!
