First experience & not the last. Great decor, friendly owners & the Pho was tasty. Their beets salad was succulent.
I tried Min.T last night,it's one of the best Vietnamese spots I've been to in Montreal. The pho was absolutely incredible - rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, & generous portions. The sauce-coated pork bones were unforgettable too: tender, juicy, & packed with flavor. You can really tell the food is made with care & authenticity.
Small place, cozy atmosphere, & seriously delicious food. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended if you love Vietnamese cuisine!
This is an excellent little restaurant in this part of town! The atmosphere has a great, upscale'bougie' vibe, & both the service & cleanliness are absolutely top-notch.
However, the food itself fell slightly short of expectations. I ordered the pork ribs, & unfortunately, they were overwhelmingly salty. The zesty pickled onions served on the side helped balance it out a bit, but the salt level was still too high.
I also tried the pho. The regular portion was on the smaller side, & while the broth had some decent underlying bone flavor, it was ultimately quite bland. It also didn't come with the usual fresh garnishes you would expect, like bean sprouts, lime, Thai basil, or culantro.
Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the wonderful service & beautiful setting, but the flavors could definitely use some refinement.
Lovely little restaurant in Lasalle. We ordered the Pho Ga, the porkbelly & noodle dish. All really delicious. Very friendly staff & very clean. All three dishes were very good & I'll definitely order again.
A very cute restaurant, hidden in Lasalle. We had a lovely moment at this place, the restaurant is small but very cozy & welcoming.
We took some appetizers & they had vegetarian options for the main meal, which was great. Very good in taste & generous portion for the main meal. The mocktail was also delicious!
The only thing negative for us was the disproportionate prices between the appetizers & the main dish. The tuna tartare was 20$ & the octopus 15$ & they came in pretty small portion (especially the octopus) - this was the same price as the pho (19$ for a large) & the salad (16$) which were very very filling. Everything was very good & I don't doubt it is quality ingredient, but if we go back we will skip the appetizers.
Best pho I've ever had. The smell alone was so fresh & comforting. I 100% recommend ithonestly, I don't see myself going anywhere else for pho now. The place is spotless, which really matters to me, & the service was top tier. The lady was incredibly kind. Can't wait to go back.
