Min.T in our heart is an extension of our dining room where we serve what we love to eat at home, on the street here and there, and in faraway lands during our travels.
Born in Vietnam, our menu reflects our most favourite Vietnamese dishes of all times as well as what inspires and influences us. We like to blend the best ingredients Québec has to offer together with Vietnamese herbs and fish sauce, Korean Jangs and gochugaru, Thai tamarind and lemongrass, Japanese miso and sake, to name a few, to find a harmony of something homely yet enticingly different.
Come by for a quick and soothing bowl of Pho or stay to unwind with friends and family over an intimate share plate dinner, choices are yours.
Min.T comes up in reviews as a hidden gem in LaSalle, a small, spotless, cozy spot run by a friendly family where the atmosphere feels warm and modern. The menu centers on fresh Vietnamese dishes like pho, banh mi and com tam, with standout items including pho bo, crispy pork banh mi, tuna tartare on crispy rice, pork ribs and garden bowls, and portions described as generous with high quality ingredients and flavors that are balanced. Service is repeatedly praised as attentive and welcoming, with owners often engaging with guests and creating a homey vibe, making it a good option for dates or family meals and prompting many to return to try more of the menu or desserts and mocktails. A few opinions mention room for improvement, such as a price gap between appetizers and mains and occasional broth inconsistencies, and some guests hoped for more pork-free or broader vegetarian options. Overall, Min.T is described as a charming, reasonably priced destination that delivers delicious, fresh food, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service worth visiting again.
The lady dropped & wasted 3 pieces of pork belly while putting the banh mi in the bag! She did even say sorry by herself or no replacement offered. Uber eats #EDEE2.
Had a great experience at this cozy hidden gem. The server & chef were very friendly, attentive & accommodating. The restaurant itself is very clean & well presented.
I got the regular portion Pho bo; which I found pretty filling. It was served with a flat/wide noodle that I thought really helped grab the broth as you eat. Also, I tried the shredded chicken Banh mi. The ingredients were loaded very generously & I found the baguette to be the perfect balance of crunchy to soft & chewy. I found the house chili to be really good without overpowering the dish so don't be shy when using it. Overall I find myself easily coming back to try the rest of the menu.
We passed by 1hr before close & asked if it was okay that we dined-in. With a smile we were encouraged to sit & eat!
The menu has great choices to choose from, something for everyone to try. I ordered the Chicken Banh mi & the Com Tam, my partner ordered the large Pho bo.
Portions were good & taste was phenomenal. Each bite is as good as the last. It's obvious that there is a high attention to detail in every dish!
Specifically the fresh Banh mi was top notch. Best I've had in MTL.
Service was delightful, made us feel right at home.
Decor is minimalistic & tasteful, something you definitely don't see in this area.
Without hesitation, I'd recommend anyone & everyone to give Min.T a try as it is the true definition of a hidden gem here in Lassalle.
Thank you for a great dinning experience, will 100% be back.
We had dinner at Min.T in Lasalle last night, & it completely exceeded our expectations! My partner, our two kids (5 & 2), & I dined in for supper, & everything from the food to the service was perfect. I don't think any review will do it justice.
We ordered the Banh Mi (crispy pork), which was absolutely delicious. The lacquered pork ribs, honestly, the best ever! The Pho Bo was pure comfort, rich, fragrant, & perfectly balanced. The broth tasted slow-simmered with layers of flavour, & every spoonful felt soothing. & the Kimchi Korean dish that hit all the right notes. We also had two amazing mocktails. We tried all three desserts. The fruit tartelette was our favourite, followed by the chocolate cake & cheesecake brûlée. Every single item was incredible & made us want to try the entire menu.
It's not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. You can tell right away that the ingredients are fresh & that a lot of care goes into every dish. The flavours are balanced & vibrant, & the presentation is beautiful. Even though it's a small family-run place, the service was so smooth, & there was practically no waiting for anything, which is a big plus when you have little ones.
The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, & modern, & it's clear they pay attention to every detail. It's close to home for us, & we're so happy to have found this gem in Lasalle. We'll definitely be coming back. (again & again & again!)
This review is coming from a good place I truly want this pho spot to succeed as LaSalle is truly indeed of one however I'm giving a honest review to improve based off my experience.
After reading all the positive reviews on Google & Facebook, I decided to give this place a try. I've had my fair share of pho & bánh mì, so I was hopeful-but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype.
I ordered the chicken pho & chicken bánh mì, & I was quite disappointed. The pho came with shredded chicken breast, which I found underwhelming-pho gà is typically much better with grilled chicken or more flavorful cuts of chicken. Worse, the broth tasted off; it lacked the depth & richness that defines a good pho. Something was definitely missing.
As for the bánh mì, it was just as underwhelming-dry & lacking the balance of flavors & textures that make the sandwich so special.
I strongly urge the owner to visit some pho spots in downtown Montreal to get a sense of the standard & quality customers expect.
The only item I truly enjoyed was the spring rolls, which were fresh & flavorful-this is the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
We are vegans & love their banh-mi tofu sandwhich. It's amazing & can't be beat! Lovely service & location. Friendly family owned business. It's a must try!

Really enjoyed this new spot. It has a contemporary French bistro feel but serves authentic Vietnamese food. I ordered the pork belly & it was incredible perfectly cooked with delicate flavors, & everything tasted really fresh. Modern, cozy space with calming music & friendly staff. I can't wait to come back & try the bánh mì sandwich next time.
Oh, happy day - Vietnamese food in LaSalle. :) Realllly good, fresh, generous portions, & did I mention GOOD? I almost don't want to write a glowing review because then this place won't remain a bit of a secret but it deserves to be known & the owners' efforts recognized.
We were pleased to see the small premises nearly empty at 8pm on a weekday, as it must be a bit loud when it fills up. The decor is sorta Scand-y clean lines & impeccably kept, clean clean clean. Service is attentive & caring, from the heart.
So grateful for the vegetarian options - the tofu bánh mì is hands down the best I've ever had & next time I'm taking a Tupperware to take half home because, yeah, there's enough fresh stuff jammed in the sandwich to make two meals. Ended up taking the Garden Bowl home, enjoyed that the next day - interesting sauce, original flavours. I'd appreciate some tofu in it, too, but maybe that's just me.
Others said the chicken soup was the best they'd ever tasted, even counting what they'd eaten in Vietnam. The cheesecake brûlée was different, perhaps would have been better had we eaten it the same day, not the day after.
All in all, a delightful find & I hope it sticks around because we will be back.
Wow! What incredible food. Loved the relaxed, cozy atmosphere & the lovely selection of cookbooks on the shelf. We adored the tuna tartare on crispy rice & the banh mi was excellent. Will be back again 😀
Absolute must try new restaurant in LaSalle! Food was fantastic & owners were extremely friendly & welcoming. The Pho & pork Banh Mi were delicious!! Will definitely be coming back.

So delicious & reasonably priced. We tried com tam, tofu banh mi, & chicken roulade & all were so deliciously seasoned, beautifully plated, & had unique flavours that felt perfect for the sunny evening. The prices were super reasonable & the service was fast & friendly. I can't recommend it enough!
Ate here today & was really pleased with everything. We had the Pho (large portion) & the Crispy pork Banh Mi. The Banh Mi was the best I've ever had & the Pho was delicious. We met the owners, a husband & wife team, & were very well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back to try the other menu items & for another Banh mi!!!
Nice new restaurant! We had the pho, crispy pork & chicken banh mi then had the brownie for dessert. Everything was delicious & service was great! Only wish they have an alcohol permit but anyway, we came for the food :) will definitely be back for the crispy pork banh mi ❤?
