Min.T in our heart is an extension of our dining room where we serve what we love to eat at home, on the street here and there, and in faraway lands during our travels.
Born in Vietnam, our menu reflects our most favourite Vietnamese dishes of all times as well as what inspires and influences us. We like to blend the best ingredients Québec has to offer together with Vietnamese herbs and fish sauce, Korean Jangs and gochugaru, Thai tamarind and lemongrass, Japanese miso and sake, to name a few, to find a harmony of something homely yet enticingly different.
Come by for a quick and soothing bowl of Pho or stay to unwind with friends and family over an intimate share plate dinner, choices are yours.
Min.T is described as a charming small restaurant in Lasalle, offering Vietnamese specialties with pho, banh mi and pork dishes. Diners praise flavorful, fresh ingredients, generous portions and comforting broths, with many finding the pho rich and the pork belly and ribs excellent. The space is clean, cozy and modern, with attentive and friendly service from a welcoming family run team. Several reviews highlight good value and a neighborhood vibe that makes Min.T feel like a hidden gem worth returning to, and many readers plan to try more items like the banh mis and garden bowls. A few voices note minor issues such as occasional variation in broth depth or price gaps between appetizers and mains, but overall impressions are very positive.
This is an excellent little restaurant in this part of town! The atmosphere has a great, upscale'bougie' vibe, & both the service & cleanliness are absolutely top-notch.
However, the food itself fell slightly short of expectations. I ordered the pork ribs, & unfortunately, they were overwhelmingly salty. The zesty pickled onions served on the side helped balance it out a bit, but the salt level was still too high.
I also tried the pho. The regular portion was on the smaller side, & while the broth had some decent underlying bone flavor, it was ultimately quite bland. It also didn't come with the usual fresh garnishes you would expect, like bean sprouts, lime, Thai basil, or culantro.
Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the wonderful service & beautiful setting, but the flavors could definitely use some refinement.
Lovely little restaurant in Lasalle. We ordered the Pho Ga, the porkbelly & noodle dish. All really delicious. Very friendly staff & very clean. All three dishes were very good & I'll definitely order again.

Like other reviewers said this is quite a hidden gem. The staff (server & chef, not sure if they are the owners) are so welcoming. I love finding a friendly, small, super clean restaurant like this one, where the food is amazing & the chef takes the time to come out & greet his customers. We tried a lot of the options & brought home what we couldn't finish just because we wanted to taste as many of their dishes as possible. I highly recommend this place & will definitely go back again.
Such a cute hidden gem in an unexpected spot. Everything is new, very clean, & the service is excellent.
The coffee & tea were delicious, but the spring roll was incredible honestly the best I've ever had 🔥. Pho was very good (could use a bit of lime or mint ), & the cheesecake had a great texture & mouthfeel.
Highly recommend supporting this small local business. Cozy, modern interior & parking available.
Had a great experience at this cozy hidden gem. The server & chef were very friendly, attentive & accommodating. The restaurant itself is very clean & well presented.
I got the regular portion Pho bo; which I found pretty filling. It was served with a flat/wide noodle that I thought really helped grab the broth as you eat. Also, I tried the shredded chicken Banh mi. The ingredients were loaded very generously & I found the baguette to be the perfect balance of crunchy to soft & chewy. I found the house chili to be really good without overpowering the dish so don't be shy when using it. Overall I find myself easily coming back to try the rest of the menu.
Just tried my local new pho restaurant!!! VERY VERY VERY GOOD !!!!! The place is cosy & very clean ! Soup is amazing! Everyone in LaSalle should support this restaurant 👌❤?
Impressed with the rich flavor of the food , the tenderness of the meat, & the cleanness! House made source jars look like first time in use; clean seats & tables.
Oh, happy day - Vietnamese food in LaSalle. :) Realllly good, fresh, generous portions, & did I mention GOOD? I almost don't want to write a glowing review because then this place won't remain a bit of a secret but it deserves to be known & the owners' efforts recognized.
We were pleased to see the small premises nearly empty at 8pm on a weekday, as it must be a bit loud when it fills up. The decor is sorta Scand-y clean lines & impeccably kept, cleancleanclean. Service is attentive & caring, from the heart.
So grateful for the vegetarian options - the tofu bánh mì is hands down the best I've ever had & next time I'm taking a Tupperware to take half home because, yeah, there's enough fresh stuff jammed in the sandwich to make two meals. Ended up taking the Garden Bowl home, enjoyed that the next day - interesting sauce, original flavours. I'd appreciate some tofu in it, too, but maybe that's just me.
Others said the chicken soup was the best they'd ever tasted, even counting what they'd eaten in Vietnam. The cheesecake brûlée was different, perhaps would have been better had we eaten it the same day, not the day after.
All in all, a delightful find & I hope it sticks around because we will be back.
Honestly, this place will surprise you. The Pho is top quality & not something you will get elsewhere. Staff is super friendly & the restaurant is clean, new, & comfortable. Not a single negative thing to say. Definitely would recommend giving this place a try.
