Its atmosphere isn't fancy, but is still nice & welcoming (great music too) & the server we had was lovely. You'll wait for your courses here because everything is made fresh, but trust me, it is worth every second. Everything we had from the free bread to my Caprese salad, to the pasta, to the Tiramisu & Panna Cotta we had for dessert were the kind of food where you sit back & sigh on your first bite. This is truly one of the best Italian meals either of us have had in years. This will be a guaranteed stop on future trips to the town.
Second time I've gone here for my corporate event, fantastic pasta, even better tasting wine!

I recently dined at Mille Pâtes, & the experience left a positive impression. The ambiance was cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere for diners. The menu offered a variety of Italian dishes, & we started with the soup of the day, which was a delightful minestrone. It was a heartwarming beginning to our meal.
For our main courses, we ordered the PENNE ARRABIATA with Spicy Tomato Sauce & Italian Sausages, as well as the MEAT LASAGNA with Bolognese & béchamel sauce. The PENNE ARRABIATA had a perfect balance of spiciness & a rich tomato flavor, complemented by the savory Italian sausages. The pasta was cooked to perfection, retaining a satisfying bite.
The MEAT LASAGNA was a highlight of the meal. Layers of tender pasta sheets were generously filled with a flavorful Bolognese sauce & creamy béchamel. It was a hearty & indulgent dish that left us wanting more.
Service was attentive, & the staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations. Overall, Mille Pâtes is a restaurant that excels in delivering delicious Italian cuisine in a comfortable setting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience.

Best lasagna we ever had in Canada. Also their bread is amazing. Very pleasant service. Definitely recommending this place.
Bare in mind, it's a small town restaurant, & kitchen is a bit on a slower side but that gives you time to enjoy the calm & pleasant atmosphere.

OMG first time in Mont Tremblant... had the best meal ever in my entire life.. you must try the Classic Veal Osso Buco... at Milles Pâtes... incredible.

One of our best dining experiences in Mont Tremblant area. Food was on point. Simple classic Italian with a flare. Must try their key lime pana cota dessert. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Magnificent. The service was beyond exceptional. Julie was a gem. treated us like VIPs.
