Mille Pâtes est souvent décrite comme une vraie pépite locale: un petit restaurant italien authentique à Tremblant où les pâtes fraîches et les sauces faites maison dominent, accompagnées de focaccia, de desserts savoureux et d'une ambiance chaleureuse et intime. Les plats sont généreux et les saveurs fidèles à l'Italie, avec des nouveautés quotidiennes qui surprennent et une présentation soignée. Le cadre, cosy et charmant, sur une terrasse estivale ajoute au plaisir, et le service est généralement décrit comme attentionné, sympathique et efficace, même en périodes chargées. Le rapport qualité prix est apprécié pour la simplicité des sauces et des plats qui mettent la pâte en valeur; toutefois quelques avis mentionnent une carte parfois limitée pour les restrictions alimentaires et des débuts de service sous pression lors de pics d'affluence. En somme, Mille Pâtes est apprécié comme une expérience conviviale, réconfortante et très fiable pour les amateurs de pâtes fraîches et de gastronomie italienne artisanale.
The food at Mille Pattes was truly flavorful, & the staff were absolutely amazing ❤?despite being clearly under a lot of pressure, they remained kind, smiling, & had a great attitude throughout our visit.
That said, the reservation system seems to make things a bit difficult for them. Even though we had a reservation & arrived right on time, we still had to wait for our table. The staff were rushing around trying to get people to pay & clear tables quickly, & we weren't the only ones waiting. Others seemed a bit upset too. The entrance area is very small & also right next to where the kitchen is & staff comes out with the dishes, so it felt a bit chaotic & cramped while waiting.
Despite that, once seated, the food & service made up for it. Everything was tasty & well-prepared. I really hope they improve the flow & spacing of reservations, because the staff definitely deserve better support!
I can't say enough good things about the service & the pasta. The highlight food wise is the pasta itself. I recommend getting a pasta with a simple sauce (pesto, arrabbiata, etc.) to let the pasta shine. We've really liked everything that we have had here in terms of pasta & soups/appetizers (except the lasagna). The service is exceptional.

Cute little spot, really great service, & excellent food. More of a casual fine dining experience. The Arancini, Osso Bucco, & Panna Cotta were delicious.
Had a wonderful meal at the restaurant Feb 26. Service was exceptional & the meal was fantastic. The seafood pasta & penned arribiatta was superb. The atmosphere was quaint. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Compliments to the Chef & serve

Then this is the place you should eat dinner tonight.
The service was excellent as well.

Amazing fresh pasta. Bolognese sauce is so good. Been here to dine in about 6 yrs ago & came in again recently, it was closing for the day so we took it to make at home & it was still incredible. We spoke to a nice gentleman, I'm not sure if he is an owner or not ( originally from A small Ontario town) but he was so helpful & kind, koodos to people like him!
